چگونگی تعیین امنیت رانندگی بیماران

10 اکتبر ، 2013 - نظام بهداشتی دانشگاه لویولا برنامه میزان توانایی راننده را آغاز کرده است که یک ارزیابی جامع در مورد این که آیا یک بیمار با خیال راحت می‌تواند رانندگی کند یا نه فراهم می‌کند.

این برنامه برای افراد مسن و بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌هایی مانند سکته مغزی، آسیب مغزی، بیماری پارکینسون، مولتیپل اسکلروزیس و کم بینایی در نظر گرفته شده است.

ارزیابی بالینی 1.5 ساعت طول می کشد و شامل یک تاریخچه پزشکی و آزمون از مهارتهای بصری بیمار ، مهارتهای ادراکی ، شناخت، زمان واکنش ، توانایی‌های فیزیکی و عملکرد حرکتی او می‌باشد
گزارشی از نتیجه‌ی این آزمایشات به پزشک بیمار و واحدها و افراد مرتبط با بیمار و اعضای خانواده فرستاده می‌شود. نتایج حاصل مشخص خواهد کرد که آیا بیمار :

برای رانندگی مناسب است .

 باید در ارزیابی پشت فرمان قرارگرفتن حین رانندگی شرکت کند

 به علت اختلال قابل توجه، مناسب رانندگی نیست.

در پایان آزمایش، این موضوع حساس در یک راه دقیق و حساس مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد و در صورت نیاز، کمک به رانندگان و اعضای خانواده، درک خطرات و جستجوی گزینه‌های دیگر حمل و نقل و ... مورد توجه واقع می‌شود.


درمواردی، بازتوانى راننده موجب اتخاذ تغییراتی در ماشین برای احیا توان رانندگی بیماران می شود. همچنین بیماران میتوانند از روشهای درمانی آتی همچون کاردرمانی و مراقبتهای بینایی بهرمند شوند

ممکن است طبق دستور پزشک معالج ، بازتوانى راننده با درمان و بسیاری از طرح های بیمه تحت پوشش قرار گیرد.

من بیچاره رو که پدر مو در آوردن تا بعد 10 سال گواهینامم رو تمدید کردن , به خاطر ام اس تقریبا نزدیک بود دوباره بهم گواهینامه ندن
فکر کنم از هفت خوان رستم گذشتم , با این که تمام مدارک پزشکیم تقریبا جدید بود ولی منو مجبور کردن دوباره از اول با این هزینه های گرون تمام آزمایشا رو بدم البته تو بیمارستان ارتش که مخصوص کار خودشون بود , آخر سر هم باید دکتر خود راهنمایی رانندگی اکی میدادکه خدا رو شکر داد , ولی با این حال تو گواهینامم علامت اختصاری مخصوص ام اس ثیت شد
