سلام به دوستان هميشگي

به اطلاع دوستان عزيز ميرسانيم كه اينبار سفر ام اس سنتر به شهر انزلي با همكاري بنياد بيماري هاي خاص برگزار خواهد شد.

به دلیل رفاه حال همسفران و هماهنگی های لازم، این سفر با محدودیت 40 نفر برگزار خواهد شد و همچنین حداقل تعداد نفرات برای برگزاری سفر 25 نفر میباشد.

حضور همراه در این سفر با هماهنگی یکی از اعضای تیم مدیریت میسر خواهد بود

حضور اعضای درجه یک خانواده و دوستانی که جهت رفاه حال دوستان خویش قصد سفر دارند ، بلامانع و سایر همراهان در صورت تکمیل نشدن ظرفیت روز شنبه میتوانند ثبت نام نمایند.

لوازم شخصی ، لباس گرم ، کارت شناسایی ، داروهای مورد نیاز ، دفترچه بیمه ، مقداري خوراکي و مواد غذايي

هزینه سفر :
مبلغ : 140.000 تومان

برنامه سفر
روز اول : حرکت حدود ساعت 8 صبح از تهران، صرف ناهار در ساعت 13، اقامت در هتل در ساعت 15، بازدید از ساحل انزلی در شب
روز دوم : حرکت به سمت ساحل گیسوم در ساعت 9 صبح ( پس از صرف صبحانه )، بازدید از ساحل و جنگل گیسوم و صرف ناهار در جنگل ، بازدید از ابشار ویسادار و بازگشت به هتل
روز سوم : حرکت به سمت تهران در ساعت 8 صبح و بازدید از موزه میراث روستایی استان گیلان در ابتدای مسیر و صرف ناهار در ساعت 13 . بازگشت به تهران در ساعت 18

افرادی که تمایل به شرکت در این سفر رو دارند بعد از هماهنگی از طریق پیغام خصوصی وجه اعلام شده رو به

** زمان حرکت و بازگشت به دلیل رفاه حال دوستانی که از شهرهای دیگر به تهران میان حدالمقدور مناسب در نظر گرفته شده .
**دوستانی که در مسیر و در شهرهای بین راهی سکونت دارن برای راحتی میتونن بعد از تایید و در ساعت مشخص، در بین راه به گروه بپیوندند.
** ساعت دقیق حرکت و محل آن از طریق اس ام اس چند روز قبل از سفر برای شرکت کنندگان ارسال خواهد شد
**پايان مهلت ثبت نام روز شنبه 2 آذر مي باشد
** بنياد بيماري هاي خاص در صدد است كه وسيله حمل و نقل را به صورت رايگان تامين نمايد. در صورت تحقق اين امر،ما به التفاوت وجه عودت داده مي شود.


قوانین :

* حمل و استفاده از مواد و تجهیزات ممنوعه که در قانون جرم شمرده می‌شود در سفرهای ام اس سنتر اکیدا ممنوع است.
* همراه داشتن وسایل خطرناک برای سلامتی خود و دیگران در طول سفر اکیدا ممنوع می‌باشد.
* به منظور احترام به حقوق همسفران، مصرف مواد مخدر در اماکن عمومی مجاز نیست.
* گرفتن عکس دست جمعی فقط توسط سرپرستان گروه مجاز هست و بعد از سفر برای تمامی شرکت کنندگان ارسال خواهد شد.
* در سفرها، ام اس سنتر تعهدی برای در اختیار قرار دادن اتاق اختصاصی به افراد (حتی زوجین) ندارد.
* در طول سفر به صحبت های تورلیدر و سرپرستان گروه توجه کنید و وقت شناس باشید.


شرایط کنسلی
از 15 الی 11 روز قبل از سفر 5% هزینه کل سفر
از 10 الی 7 روز قبل از سفر 10% هزینه کل سفر
از 6 الی 4 روز قبل از سفر 40% هزینه کل سفر
از 3 الی 1 روز قبل از سفر 60% هزینه کل سفر
از 24 ساعت قبل از سفر 80% هزینه کل سفر


لازم است مجددا یاداور بشم که ظرفیت سفر 40 نفر هست که تعداد ثبت نام شده ها از طریق شمارشگر نظرسنجی قابل مشاهده می باشد .

خوشحالم روزش عوض نشده.اگه مطمئن بودم میام این تاپیک رو می ترکوندم.

خیلی بهتره که قیمتش اومده پایین اماااااا من با قیمتش مشکلی نداشتم الان هم هنوز مرددم نمیدونم میام یا نه confused2
البته الان مسلما بچه های بیشتری ابراز تمایل میکنن برای اومدن و این انگیزه ی اومدنم رو بیشتر میکنه Rolleyes
