سلام بچه ها . من مدتیه دارم روی طرح مستندی کر می کنم که کلیتش در مورد اینه که آیا شخصیت افراد در پیشرفت بیماری تاثیر داره؟
آیا بیماری در افراد آروم و مثبت اندیش دیر تر پیشرفت می کنه ؟
کسی رو سراغ دارید که میشده بیماریش پیشرفت کنه ولی خودش نذاشته ؟

مهار ام اس در مرحله اول دست خود بیماره
ولی محیط و اراده آهنین بیمار و خواستن و ..... نقش عمده ای داره
کتاب غلبه بر ام اس راهنمای بسیار خوبیه
مطالعه این کتاب رو در ابتدا پیشنهاد میکنم

بله نویسنده و مترجم این کتاب هردو مبتلای به ام اس و شخصیت هایی قوی هستند و در زیباتر شدن این مستند بسیار ثمر بخش

فقط به عنوان یه خواهش و پیش زمینه جسارت میکنم:
به فیلمهای ساخته شده قبلی هم یه نگاهی بینداز
از نقد دوستان هم استفاده کن
بدون اغراق باشه یعنی در نشون دادن نیمه های خالی و پر لیوان اغراق نشه
ام اس رو یک غول شکست ناپذیر معرفی نکن
از موفقیت ام اسی ها هم بهره ببر و نشون بده
بیشتر بچه های ام اسی از اقشار موفق و تحصیل کرده جامعه هستن

بقیه مواردی که جا مونده رو دوستان تکمیل کنن....

ام اس رو شما به عنوان شخص ثالث نمیتونی منزوی کنی
یک ام اسی خودش میتونه عامل بیماری رو منزوی کنه .
افراد خارج از گود بیماری ام اس یا به عبارتی اطرافیان ، به عنوان کاتالیزور میتونن در مهار ام اس نقش ایفا کنن و مقدار صدمات و خسارات ام اس رو کاهش بدن.
در وهله اول بعد از توکل به خدا مهم خواست و تلاش بیمار ام اسی و سپس مهیا کردن محیط برای کاهش مشکلات و حمله هاست.
پس راه سختی رو پیش گرفتی و متاسفانه برای مهار ام اس اصلا فرمولی وجود نداره که با اون فرمول بخوای جلو بری و دارو و قانون بسازی.
برات آرزوی موفقیت میکنم . امیدوارم بتونم کمکی بکنم.
