بیستمین فراخوان کوهنوردی ام اس سنتر
خداوند زيباست و زيبائيها را دوست دارد

زِ بَر کوه باشد کنام پلنگ         یکایک همه تیز دندان و چنگ
چو آن جایگه شد کمین ددان        پلنگ‌چال گویند اکنون مهان

همانطور که مطلع هستید گروه کوهنوردی ام اس سنتر در جهت تکمیل نفرات پیش برنامه های عمومی برگزار می نماید که افراد منتخب گروه بر اساس توانایی و فعالیت گروهی و تابعیت گروه ، انتخاب می گردند
دوستان علاقه مند به کوهنوردی با اعلام آمادگی می توانند در این برنامه شرکت کنند .

به اطلاع میرساند برنامه مذکور آخرین برنامه عمومی سال 1392 می باشد و بعد از این برنامه افراد گروه انتخاب خواهند شد.

تاریخ : 26 مهر 92
زمان : 7:30 صبح
مکان : درکه - میدان درکه
مقصد : پناهگاه پلنگ چال
ارتفاع : 2550متر
وسایل مورد نیاز:
کفش (لزومی به کفش حرفه ای کوهنوردی نمی باشد، ولی کف کفش لیز نباشه، یه مقدار ساقدار باشه و پاتون توش راحت باشه) – لباس گرم، باد گیر – کلاه و دستکش – خرما، شکلات و کاکائو – آب معدنی - صبحانه (چای، نان، پنیر و …) – ناهار (سعی شود از کنسرو ، الویه و یا کوکو استفاده شود)


نوع برنامه : کوهپیمایی سبک
هدف از برنامه : آشنایی با شرایط اعضا و قوای جسمانی اعضا

تذکر : توانایی افراد فقط در کوهنورد شدن نیست به لطف خدا و با کمک شما عزیزان دیگر گروه های ورزشی ام اس سنتر در حال تشکیل می باشد

◄ افرادی که تمایل به شرکت در برنامه را دارند حتما در نظرسنجی شرکت کنند .
◄ اعضایی که می خواهند همراه یا مهمان بیاورند حتما قبل از برنامه از طریق پیغام خصوصی هماهنگ کنند در غیر این صورت از شرکت دوستان در برنامه جلوگیری می شود .
◄ پر کردن فرم شرکت در برنامه برای تمامی اعضا اجباری می باشد و قبل از اجرای برنامه توسط سرپرست تحویل گرفته می شود .

من حقیقتاً دیگه روم نمیشه نظرسنجی شرکت کنم
کلی دلم میخواد بیام و مانعی پیش بینی نمی کنم
ولی رای دادن رو فعلاً به تعویق میندازم تا 4شنبه 5شنبه که مطمئن بیام و کلید بله رو بزنم agreement2
امیدوارم این دفعه بشه که همراهی کنم wink2

همه برنامه هارو دنبال کردم با حسرت نگاه کردمو 1 امید بی جا که یعنی میشه ساعتش دیر تر باشه
