گروهی از جراحان بیمارستان دانشگاهی سینا موفق شده اند مشکل بی اختیاری ادرار را از طریق تزریق سلول های بنیادی درمان کنند.
دکتر غلامرضا پورمند متخصص جراحی کلیه و مجاری ادرار و استاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در مصاحبه با خبرنگار واحد مرکزی خبر گفت: موفق شدیم در روشی ابداعی، با تزریق سلول های بنیادی خود بیمار که از بافت چربی شکم جدا شده، در ناحیه لگن، مشکل ضعف ماهیچه های کف لگن و بی اختیاری ادرار را در ده زن درمان کنیم.
رییس بیمارستان سینا که از بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران است، افزود: بی اختیاری ادرار یکی از بیماری های آزاردهنده مستمر بانوان است که انواع و علل مختلفی دارد.
وی گفت : طبق آخرین آمارها، شایع ترین علت بی اختیاری ادرار نوع استرسی است که در آن، مبتلایان به هنگام خندیدن، عطسه، سرفه یا برداشتن اشیای سنگین، دچار بی اختیاری ادرار می شوند. در این نوع، کاهش قدرت بسته شدن مجرا همچنین ناتوانی ماهیچه های نگهدارنده، از عواملی است که با بالارفتن فشار درون شکمی باعث خــــروج غیرارادی ادرار می شود.
دکتر پورمند در ادامه گفت: درمان های رایج بی اختیاری ادرار در حال حاضر یا از تزریق موادی انجام می شود که موجب افزایش حجم در جدار مجرا می شود یا از طریق نوارهایی که در قسمت تحتانی مجرای ادرار کار گذاشته می شود، انجام می گیرد.
وی گفت: این نوارها جسمی خارجی و ممکن است ایجاد واکنش های بافتی، عفونت و بعضا جابجایی کند و این گونه اعمال جراحی با موفقیت نسبی همراه است و پس از مدتی به طور متوسط دو سال مجددا بی اختیاری عود می کند.
دکتر پورمند اضافه کرد: با مطالعات بسیار وسیعی که در دهه های اخیر صورت گرفته و از سلول های بنیادی پس از تکثیر در ترمیم بافت ها امکان پذیر شده است، تفکر استفاده از سلول های بنیادی در درمان بی اختیاری استرسی ادرار قوت گرفت.
وی گفت: مطالعات سال های اخیر بی خطر بودن استفاده از سلول های بنیادی جداشده از بافت چربی بدن را ثابت کرد و ما نیز در طرحی با عنوان استفاده از این سلول ها و با حمایت معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری و کمیته های علمی و اخلاقی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، مرداد1391، این طرح را با همیاری بخش تکثیر سلول های بنیادی بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) اجرا کردیم.
رییس بیمارستان سینا گفت: حدود یک سال از تزریق سلول های بنیادی در ده بیمار می گذرد و خوشبختانه هشت بیمار به طور کامل و دو بیمار دیگر به طور نسبی درمان شده اند.
وی افزود: از مزایای این درمان، استفاده از سلول های بنیادی خود بیماران و در نتیجه فقدان واکنش بافتی است ضمن این که درمان سرپایی و مخارج آن هم کم است و هزینه ها بیشتر مربوط به موادیست که برای تکثیر سلول های بنیادی استفاده می شود.
دکتر پورمند ابراز امیدواری کرد؛ سال های آینده با نشان دادن نتایج، بیمه ها بخشی از هزینه را تقبل کنند و بیماران با استفاده از این درمان سلامتی خود را بازیابند.
بنابر این گزارش این روش درمان حدود نه میلیون تومان هزینه دارد که بخش اعظم آن مربوط به کشت سلول های بنیادی و قرار است با همکاری محققان بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) در اتخاذ روش های سریعتر در تکثیر این سلول ها، هزینه درمان کاهش پیدا کند.
درمان ده زنی که در این طرح وارد شده اند، با حمایت معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری، رایگان بوده است.
