ساینس دیلی 3 سپتامبر ، 2013 - طبق یک مطالعه حیوانی منتشر شده در شماره 4ماه سپتامبر مجله علوم اعصاب خواب، بازتولید و تکثیر سلولهایی را که در ساخت ماده عایق میلین نقش دارد، افزایش می دهد.
دانشمندان می گویند این یافته میتواند منجر به بینش های جدیدی در مورد نقش خواب در ترمیم و رشد مغز و نیز درمان ام.اس گردد.
دانشمندان برای سالهاست تشخیص داده اند که بسیاری از ژن های تخریب کننده سلولی در طول خواب نسبت به طول دوره های بیداری خاموشند.
با این حال گرچه مکانیزم آن معلوم نیست اما خواب بر افزایش تولید انواع سلولهای خاص، مانند الیگودندروسیتها، که باعث تولید میلین در مغز است تاثیر بسزایی دارد.
همانند عایق اطراف سیم برق، میلین اجازه می دهد تا پیامهای الکتریکی به سرعت از یک سلول به سلول بعدی انتقال یابد.
در مطالعه حاضر، چیارا سیرلی و همکارانش از دانشگاه ویسکانسین، مدیسون، فعالیت ژن دخیل در الیگودندروسیتها را درموشها به وقت خواب و یا بیدار ماندن اندازه گیری کردند.
این گروه دریافتند که ژن موجد و ترمیم میلین در طول خواب افزایش چشمگیری دارد. در مقابل، ژن های دخیل در مرگ سلول و پاسخ استرس سلولی زمان بیدار در حیوانات افزایش یافت.
به گفته مهدی تفتی از دانشگاه لوزان در سوئیس این یافته ها نشان می دهد خواب و یا کمبود خواب ممکن است تعمیر و یا صدمه مغزی را منجر گردد.

اگه دقت کتیم افرادی که زیاد میخوابن دیرتر پیر میشن
احتمالاً به همین دلیل علمی هست که همدم عزیز ترجمه کرده

ولی نمیدونم چرا رو بعضیها استراحت زیاد باعث میشه که ام اس بیشتر اذیتشون کنه!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

مررسی همدم جون من کاملا با نتیجه این تحقیق موافقم . چون به تجربه در مورد خودم اینو دیدم که خواب یا بی خوابی چقدر تاثیر داره روی عوارضم . البته دکتر هم خیلی روی این قضیه تاکید داره طوریکه میگه اگه حتی بیرونی و احساس خواب آلودگی داشتی یه گوشه پیدا کن و یه ربع چشمات رو ببند و بذار بدنت دوباره قواش رو به دست بیاره .

می دونید آقا ابراهیم درهرچیزی تعادل لازمه و افراط و تفریط هر دو مخلّ است. استرحتِ کافی هم با استراحتِ زیاد متفاوته . استراحتِ کافی موجب آرامش و تجدید قوا و نشاط روح و جسم .........است و استراحت بیش از حد موجب کسالت روح و خستگی آن و......
می توانیم با رعایت تعادل و توازن در هرامری از زندگی شاد و متوازنی برخوردار باشیم.

از خوندن این خبر هم خوشحال شدم و هم ناراحت...
خوشحال از اینکه یه چیز طبیعی میلین ساز رو شناختم .
ناراحت به این دلیل که مثل خیلی ها زیاد اهل خوابیدن نیستم نه اینکه دوست نداشته باشم و نخوام بخوابم آخه نمیتونم خواب روز رو که اصلا شب هم خیلی زیاد بشه 5-6 ساعت اونم اگه بشه ...

خواب زمانی تاثیر مثبت میذاره که شخص از نظر فکری در آرامش باشه نه مثل ما که توی خواب همش چیزهای بد و آزاردهنده همراهمونه.با استرس اینکه فردا چی میشه آیا فردا که بیدارشم بازم بیمه دارومو میپردازه؟فردا که سرکار میرم نکنه رییسم بگه دیگه از شرایطت خسته شدم و ما رو بخیر و تو رو بسلامت!وهزاران فکر بد دیگه.من هنوزم که هنوزه خواب بمبارون زمان جنگ رو میبینم!باورتون میشه؟بنظرتون چند سال دیگه باید بگذزه تا استرس دارو وبیمه و .... از ذهنم بره بیرون؟

مگه سینووکس خواب آوره؟؟؟نشنیده بودم تا حالا
من کلا زیاد میخوابم ولی هیچوقت بعد از تزریق خوابم نمیاد!!!!!
شاید مسکنی که قبل تزریق میخورید خواب آوره
