دکترمن برای من قرص متوترکسات هفته ای 3روز تجویز کردند.من یک قرص را دیروز خوردم امروز صبح که ازخواب بیدارشدم سرگیجه شدید وحالت تهوع وحشتناکی دارم.کسی تاحالا قرص متوترکسات مصرف کرده؟اگر بله این قرص برای چه مشکلی براتون تجویز شده؟اگر جواب بدهید ممنون میشم

دکتر قره گزلی برای من هم متوتروکسات نوشت. برام ریزش موی شدید و درد معده آورد. بهشون که گفتم گفت قطعش کن
دکتر نیک سرشت برام آزارام نوشتن. چند ماه بدون مشکلی خوردمش. دکتر محمدیان گفتن نمیخواد بخوری تاثیری نداره. من هم ماه قبل قطعش کردم
من از هر دو تاثیری ندیدم البته. نمیدونم باید حرف کدوم یک از دکترها رو گوش بدم آزارام رو بخورم یا نخورم

دکتر نیک سرشت برام آزارام نوشتن. چند ماه بدون مشکلی خوردمش. دکتر محمدیان گفتن نمیخواد بخوری تاثیری نداره. من هم ماه قبل قطعش کردم
من از هر دو تاثیری ندیدم البته. نمیدونم باید حرف کدوم یک از دکترها رو گوش بدم آزارام رو بخورم یا نخورم

متو تروکسات یه قرص خوراکی مدل شیمی درمانیه واسه همین ماهی یکبار باید ازمایش کبد داد ازارام یه نوع کورتون خوراکیه به قول معروف میان ماه من تا ماه گردون تفاوت از زمین تا اسمونه

من برای روماتیسم مفصلی از این دارو استفاده می کنم... 3 بار در روز (فقط جمعه ها)... پاییزان راست می گه ریزش موی شدید میاره ولی گویا من مجبورم استفاده کنم!

دوست عزیز این در تخصص من و شما نیست لطفاً اگر اطلاع دقیق ندارین در مرود دارو به دوستان اطلاعات اشتباه ندید . متوتروکسات از خانوادهی میتو کسانترون با نام تجاری نوانترون هست. به هیچ وجه جز گروه درمانی کورتن تراپی نیست.
موارد مصرف متوتروکسات در بیماریهای زیر هست:
سرطان‌هایی با تومورهای از نوع تروفوبلاستیک (کوریوکارسینوم، مول هیداتیدیفرم)، لوسمی لنفوبلاستیک حاد(ALL)، لنفوم، پسوریازیس (شدید)، آرتریت روماتوئید (شدید، مقاوم)، درمان کمکی اُستئوسارکوم، بیماری قارچی نوع میکوزفونگوئید(پیشرفته)، لنفوسارکوم
مکانیسم اثر

متوترکسات آنالوگ آنتی نئوپلاستیک فولیک اسید است که با اتصال به آنزیم دی هیدروفولات ردوکتاز(DHFR) از تبدیل دی هیدروفولات (FH۲) به تتراهیدروفولات(FH۴) جلوگیری می‌کند. فولات برای ساخت طبیعی پورین‌ها و پیریمیدین‌ها و در نتیجه ساخت DNA و RNA ضروری است. فولات برای ایفاء نقش خود به عنوان کوفاکتور باید به وسیله آنزیم DHFR به FH۴ تبدیل شود. متوترکسات به آنزیم DHFR اتصال یافته و از تبدیل FH۲ به FH۴جلوگیری می‌کند، در نتیجه، از ساخت پورین و پیریمیدین جلوگیری می‌شود. آنتی متابولیت‌ها در فاز S یا ساخت چرخه سلولی دخالت می‌کنند.
عوارض جانبی

تهوع، استفراغ، نکروز توبولارکلیه، سقط جنین، سیروز, کهیر، خارش، تیرگی پوست ( هیپرپیگمانتاسیون )، لکه هاب قرمز رنگ پوستی ( راش اریتماتو )، لکه‌های سیاه رنگ پوستی ( اکیموز )، ضایعات پسوریازیس (بدتر شدن در اثر آفتاب)، حساسیت به نور.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------خانم پاییزان شما هم تحت نظر یه پزشک باش فقط. چون پزشکهای مختلف نظر های مختلف دارن و این باعث میشه درمان شاخه به شاخه بشه و درمان هیچ کدومشون کامل انجام نشه.
به اونی که بیشتر از همه اعتماد داری و احساس خوبی نسبت بهش داری فقط رجوع کن

من تقریبا 1 سال بعد از شروع ام اس دچار یه تورم مفصلی خیلی زیاد تو سه تا از انگشتای دست راستم شدم و نهایتا رفتم پیشه یه دکتر رماتولوژی . اصلا ربطی به ام اس نداشت
متوترکسات هم مصرف کردم هفته ای 3 تا
