سه ورزش فوق العاده برای قلب

آیا می دانید چه ورزش هایی برای قلب شما مفید هستند؟

یك متخصص قلب و عروق اظهار كرد: پیاده روی، دویدن آهسته، دوچرخه سواری، شنا و ورزش‌های تفریحی برای سلامت قلب و ریه مفیدند.
دكتر علی محمد حاجی زینعلی با اشاره به اینكه انجام حركات ورزشی مناسب از بروز بیماری‌های قلبی پیشگیری می‌كند، گفت: تعداد جلسات ورزش باید حداقل 3 تا 4 جلسه در هفته باشد كه در حد توان هر فرد قابل افزایش است. زمان لازم برای هر جلسه تمرین 30 تا 45 دقیقه است و می‌توان هنگام تمرین ورزشی چند دقیقه استراحت و اكسیژن گیری كرد.

این عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشكی تهران گفت: باید شدت تمرینات در حدی باشد كه ضربان قلب به میزان 85 تا 90 در صد افزایش یابد و برای محاسبه حداكثر ضربان قلب باید عدد سن را از 220 كم كرد و عدد بدست آمده را در 85 ضرب نمود.

این متخصص قلب و عروق یاد آور شد: هنگام شروع حركات ورزشی باید ابتدا بدن را با انجام حركات كششی و سپس نرمش‌های سبك گرم كرد و پس از پایان مدت تمرین برای بازگشت بدن به حالت اولیه ترتیب مراحل گرم كردن بدن بطور معكوس انجام شود. به این صورت كه پس از دوهای استقامتی، بطور آهسته دوید و در مرحله بعد حركات نرمشی و در آخر حركات كششی انجام شود.

بیماران قلبی و عروقی چگونه باید تمرینهای ورزشی را انجام دهند ؟

برخی از تمرینهای ورزشی برای بیماران قلبی و عروقی مجاز بوده که باید با روش درست انجام شود.

ورزش هایی که با صلاح دید متخصص قلب و عروق به بیماران قلبی مجاز شناخته می شود باید با ملایمت انجام شود و همچنین به راحتی تنفس صورت بگیرد.

این بیماران از ورزشهایی باید شروع کنند که همراه با حرکات کششی بوده و یا تقویت کننده شکم و پا باشند سپس به نرمشهای قلبی مثل دویدن درجا، قدم زدن تند و یا شنا کردن مبادرت نمایند.

این تمرینات در هر هفته سه بار و به مدت بیست دقیقه انجام شود که باز هم زمان انجام آنها تحت صلاحدید پزشک است.

آب استخر در شنا کردن بهتر است کمی گرم باشد و اگر غروب این کار را انجام می دهید قبل از صرف شام باشد . . .

تاثير ورزش بر سيستم قلب و عروق



• ورزش و فعاليتهاي تربيت بدني موجب تقويت عضله قلب مي گردد . امروزه فعاليتهاي ورزشي بعنوان اقدامي جهت پيشگيري از بروز سكته هاي قلبي محسوب مي شوند .
• در اثر ورزش عروق خوني گشاد شده و سبب تسريع جريان خون مي گردد .
• ميزان هموگلوبين خون بيشتر شده و نتيجه كار انتقال اكسيژن به قسمت هاي مختلف بدن بهتر انجام مي شود .
• ورزش مرتب راهي است مناسب جهت پيشگيري از بروز بيماري فشار خون .
• ورزش مي تواند ميزان چربي خون را به حد متعادل برساند ، پس به جاي خوردن دارو بهتر است ورزش كنيد .
• ميزان كلسترول خون در اثر تمرينات ورزشي بحد مطلوبي ميرسد ، خصوصا“ اگر با رژيم غذايي همراه باشد .
• براي بيماران ديابتي ، ورزش بسيار مفيد است و قند خون را تا حد مطمئن پائين مي آورد .
• با تقويت عضله قلب تعداد ضربان قلب در دقيقه كم شده و قلب با نيروي بيشتري خون را ارسال مي دارد .
• با انقباض عضلات پا در حين ورزش خون راحت تر به قلب باز مي گردد و از بروز بيماري واريس در پاها جلوگيري مي نمايد .
• كسانيكه ورزش مي كنند در صد بيشتري از دستگاه تنفس خود را بكار مي گيرند .
• افزايش حجم تنفسي در طول روز و شب موجب دريافت اكسيژن بيشتر و رساندن آن به اندامهاي بدن مي شود .
• كسي كه قابليت دريافت و مصرف اكسيژن را در حد بالا داشته باشد ، زود خسته نمي شود و كارائی بيشتري خواهد داشت .
• افزايش حجم تنفسي در افرادي كه ورزش مي كنند موجب كاهش تعداد تنفس آنها در دقيقه شده و بر ميزان اكسيژن گيري هر بار تنفس مي افزايد
