سلام .
به بیماران ام اس اکیدا توصیه می شود از گرما دوری کنند .
استفاده از بخور برای باز شدن منافذ صورت با گرمای زیاد و تعریق همراه است .
این برای ما مشکلی ایجاد می کند یا نه ؟

فکر نکنم مشکلی پیش بیاد.
آخه "گرما در برخی مبتلایان منجر به تشدید علائم موجود به صورت گذرا می شود." یعنی باعث حمله جدید نمیشه فقط ممکنه برای دقایقی علائمی که در اثر حمله های قبلی بوجود اومدن شدیدتر بشن.

بنابراین بعضیا ممکنه براشون قابل تحمل نباشه. بعضی ها هم اصلا با گرما مشکلی نداشته باشن. اما در کل خطرناک نیست.

همونطوري كه دوستمون گفتن، گرما باعث تشديد علايم ميشه و اگه اين باعث نشه كه بترسيم و استرس بگيريم، توي روند بيماري نبايد تاثيري داشته باشه. (به من اينطوري گفتن)

دوست عزیزم رطوبت برای ما از گرما به مراتب خطرناکتره به نظر من این کار رو نکنی بهتره

من صورتم رو بخور دادم خب اون لحظه گرم بوده اما گذرا و بعدش مشکلی پیش نیومده
البته چون گرم بوده چندان این کار رو انجام ندادم دیگهSmile (16)

نازی ی جون من تا حالا راجع به تاثیر رطوبت نشنیده بودم. البته زندگی در مناطق مرطوب درد مفاصل در افراد دچار آرتریت رو شدیدتر میکنه. اما نشنیده بودم که رطوبت برای ام اس بد باشه. الان هم که اینو نوشتی گشتم عزیزم ولی چیزی پیدا نشد.
اگه میدونی راجع بهش یا مطلبی و یا رفرنسی داری میشه لطف کنی برامون بذاری اینجا. ممنون عزیز icon_question

من زمانی که بیمار شدم دکتر لطفی خیلی روز رطوبت تاکید داشتن اما رفرنس های علمیش رو باید بگیم سروش پیدا کنه من خودم بسیار به رطوبت حساسم بیشتر از گرما خستگی استرس !!!
