معاون وزیر صنعت از دستور ترخیص ۲.۵ میلیارد دلار کالاهای اساسی و دارو با ارز ۱۲۲۶ تومان توسط شورای امنیت ملی خبر داده و گفته است:

از این رقم ۱.۵ میلیارد دلار به مواد غذایی و نهاده‌های دامی و مابقی آن به دارو و کود اختصاص یافته است.

عباس قبادی در گفت‌وگو با تسنیم در مورد دستور اختصاص ۲.۵ میلیارد دلار برای ترخیص برخی کالاهای اساسی از سوی شورای امنیت ملی، اظهار داشته است:

براساس مجوز صادر شده ۲.۵ میلیارد دلار برای ترخیص تعدادی از کشتی‌های کالاهای اساسی در نظر گرفته شده که این رقم برای ۲ منظور اختصاص یافته است.

وی گفت است: از ۲.۵ میلیارد دلاری که برای این منظور در نظر گرفته شده، ۱.۵ میلیارد دلار به مواد غذایی و نهاده‌های دامی و یک میلیارد دلار نیز برای دارو و کود برای جهاد کشاورزی در نظر گرفته شده است.

معاون وزیر صنعت در مورد این مسئله که آیا ترخیص کشتی‌های کالاهای اساسی که قرار است از این ۲.۵ میلیارد دلار استفاده کنند چه زمانی شروع می‌شود، گفته است:

با صدور این مجوز ترخیص کالاهای اساسی از جمله مواد غذایی، نهاده‌های دامی، دارو و کود که به دلیل مشکلات ارزی در بنادر مانده بود، از هم اکنون شروع شده است.

گرچه در این گفت و گو، معاون وزیر صنعت، معدن و تجارت از واژه «مجوز» برای اعلام این خبر استفاده کرده ولی از آنجا که شورای عالی امنیت ملی مرجع صدور مجوز واردات کالا نیست، به نظر می رسد، دستور این شورا با توجه به شرایط خاص کشور و مشکلات متعددی که در تأمین کالاهای اساسی و دارو در هفته های اخیر به وجود آمده، صورت گرفته است. . . .
