روی زمین نشسته، پاها را به طرف جلو دراز کنید.[attachment=9955]
پای چپ را خم کرده، پاشنه ی آن را در منتهی الیه ران پای راست بگذارید به طوری که کف پای خم شده طرف ران پای دیگر قرار گیرد.
زانوی پای خم شده روی زمین و پای دیگر کاملا کشیده و مستقیم باشد.
دست ها را روی زانوی راست بگذارید و ستون فقرات و عضلات پشت را وانهاده کنید.
وضعیت شروع است.
قسمت بالای بدن را از کمر خم کرده، انگشت شست پای کشیده و مستقیم را با هر دو دست بگیرید. دقت کنید که زانوی این پا خم نشود. در این مرحله برای گرفتن انگشت پا از بازوها بیشتر استفاده کنید تا عضلات پشت. به آرامی سر را به طرف جلو ببرید به طوری که سر در خم زانو مستقیم قرار گیرد.
کف پای راست از سمت بیرون با دست راست و انگشت های پای راست با دست چپ از سمت داخل پا گرفته شوند.
تا زمانی که راحت هستید در این وضعیت باقی بمانید.
به حالت شروع برگردید، پاها را تغییر دهید و حرکت را پای چپ تکرار کنید و پای راست را خم کنید.
تمرین را با هر پا 5 مرتبه تکرار کنید.
تنفس:
دم، موقع شروع.
بازدم، هنگامی که به طرف جلو خم می شوید.
اگر برای مدت کوتاهی در وضعیت نهایی قرار می گیرید نفس خود را نگه دارید ( دم انجام ندهید ) در غیر این صورت می توانید به طور طبیعی تنفس کنید.
دم، هنگام برگشتن به وضعیت نشسته.
توجه:
کاملا دقت کنید که خم شدن به سمت جلو ناگهانی انجام نشود. در هر مرحله که توقف کر دید برای مدتی در آن حالت باقی مانده،در این مدت دم و بازدم خود را خیلی آرام و عمیق انجام دهید. در هر مرحله که احساس ناراحتی کردید بدن خود را به سمت عقب بکشید و در آن حالت توقف نمایید، سپس خیلی آرام و کمی بیشتر بدن خود را به طرف جلو خم کنید.
فایده:
باعث کشیده شدن تاندون ها ی پشت زانو می گردد و انعطاف پذیری مفصل لگن را بیشتر میکند. باعث تنظیم و ماساژ احشای شکمی و لکنی می گردد به خصوص کبد، طحال، کلیه ها و غدد آدرنال. وزن اضافی این مناطق را از بین برده، باعث تخفیف بیماری های دستگاه ادراری-تناسلی می گردد. باعث افزایش گردش خون در اعصاب و عضلات مهره ها می گردد. جهت بیماری های زیر توصیه شدده است: افتادگی مقعد، اختلالات قاعدگی، کم کاری کبد، دیابت، زخم های روده، مشکلات کلیوی، برونشیت .
تذکر تمرین:
اگر ممکن است این وضعیت را قبل از آساناها به منظور آمادگی تمرین کنید.
