نميدونم چرا اينجوری شد!!!
گفته بودم حالم خوب نبود دكترم رو عوض كردم بهم 3روز پالس داد بعدشم 10 تا پردنيزولن 50 اينارو خوردم حالم خيلی خوب شده بود قرصام كه تموم شد شبش استخونهام خيلی درد گرفت گفتم حتما سرما خوردم قرص خوردم بهتر شدم ولی الان دوباره پاهام بد شد مثل قبل پالس
حالا چيكار كنم?!
دوباره برم پيش دكتره?
يا صبر كنم خودش خوب ميشه?

دوستان عزیز یه سوالی داشتم دکتر برای خواهرم به خاطر احساس سنگینی پا چپ بتامتازون داده 15 روز یه دونه همراه با سیونکس و قرص گاباپنتین

میخواستم ببینیم بتا از دگزا قویتره یا نه؟ و 15 روز یه بار کسی تاحالا استفاده کرده یا نه؟

از نظر قدرت اثر دگزا سریع تر اثر میکنه و طول اثرش کمتره، به خاطر همین معمولا اونو هر 3 روزی یه دونه تجویز میکنن اما بتامتازون طول اثر بیشتری داره به خاطر همین با فاصله بیشتری تزریق میشه. از نظر تاثیر و ترکیب با هم فرقی ندارن.
من مدتی استفاده کردم. همون دوهفته ای یه بار.

یه حمله چشمی داشتم که با درد شروع شد و الان یک ماهی میشه که تار شده.
یه سری 5-6 تا دگزا زدم با فاصله هر 3 روزی یه دونه، قطع کرم و بعد یه هفته دوباره دکترم 8 تا دگزا تجویز کرد برام که باز هر 3 روزی یکی بزنم، الان 3 تاشو زدم ولی هیچ تغیری حس نکردم. تاری چشمم زیاده و وقتی اثر دگزا کم میشه درد هم میاد سراغم.
حالا موندم اگه دگزا اثر نداشت باید پالس بشم؟ کترم اینو گفت که اگه خوب نشد پالس میشی. ولی دیگه بدنم طاقت نداره که...با همین دگزاها همه ی بدنم به هم ریخته اگه پالس بشم چی!
دستامم بد خواب میره مخصوصا وقتی خودم خوابم! بیدار میشم انگشتام همه خوابن! این واسه حمله س؟ یا اثر کورتوناس؟!
چیکار کنم؟!

منم وقتی می خوابم از خواب که بیدار میشم یکی دو دقیقه ای انگشتای دستم شدید خواب میره

دوست عزیز امیدوارم التهاب با دگزا برطرف بشه و نیازی به پالس نباشه

اما برای پالس شما باید ام ار ای بگیرید و در صورت وجود پلاک فعال پالس بشید

گزگز دست ها هم اگر زودگذر هست و بعد از بیدار شدن برطرف میشه از حمله نیست نگران نباشید

مرضیه خانوم ...من وقتی چشمم تار شد دکتر برام 15 تا دگزا نوشت...من 5 روز اول روزی دو تا زدم و 5 روز دوم روزی یکی...البته دکتر با توجه به معایناتی که کردن 15 تا تجویز کردن...حتما دکتر شریعت شدت خاصی رو تو حمله ندیدن و به 8 تا اکتفا کردن..البته دکتر بمن گفتم اگر از روز سوم به بعد احساس بهبودی تو دیدت نکردی باید پالس بگیری که شکر خدا بهبودی حاصل شد...
در کل اصلا نگران نباشین...به عنوان کسی که هم حمله ی حسی حرکتی رو تجربه کرده و هم حمله به عصب بینائی رو خدمتتون عرض میکنم...خیلی راحت تر و سریع تر برطرف می شه...
ایشالا که شما هم اصلا نیازی به پالس نداشته باشین...و با همین دگزاها قضیه تموم بشهinnocent0001.gif
