نتایج یک آنالیز بزرگ نشان می دهد ماه تولد ارتباط معنی داری با ام اس دارد و تا 12 % احتمال ام اس در نوسان است که احتمالا منعکس کننده قرار گرفتن در معرض نور اشعه ماوراء بنفش (UV) و ویتامین D مادر در زمان حاملگی است ،

داده ها بر روی بیش از 150،000 بیمار مبتلا به MS نشان داد که بیش از 5٪ افزایش خطر ابتلا به ام اس برای بیمارانی که در ماه آوریل به دنیا آمده اند و از 5٪ تا 8٪ کاهش در خطر ابتلا به MS در ارتباط با تولد در اکتبر یا نوامبر وجود دارد.

تجزیه و تحلیل دقیق تر نشان داد که خطر بیشتر ابتلا در تولد در ماههای اوریل و می (فروردین و اردیبهشت ) و کاهش بیشتر در معرض خطر در ماه های اکتبر و نوامبر وجود دارد ،

بر اساس فرضیه ویتامین D شواهدی وجود دارد که افرادی که در بهار به دنیا آمد، افزایش خطر ابتلا به MS دارند و کسانی که در زمستان متولد شده اند در معرض خطر پایین تر، هستند و این نشان می دهد که قبل از تولد نقش ویتامین D در خطر ابتلا به MS مهم است. به طور خاص، ویتامین D مادر ممکن است در وضعیت ایمنی از جنین در حال توسعه برای افزایش و یا کاهش خطر ابتلا به MS تاثیر گذارد.

تجزیه و تحلیل تمام مطالعات نشان داده است خطر آماری معنی دار 5٪ پایین تر از MS در میان افراد متولد شده در ماه اکتبر (مهرماه ) و 8 درصد خطر کمتر در میان کسانی که در ماه نوامبر ( آبان ماه ) به دنیا آمده اند وجود دارد. در مقابل، بیش از 5 درصد خطر بیشتر ام اس در ماه آوریل ( بهار ) رخ داده است


در تجزیه و تحلیل جغرافیایی نیز بیشترین تولد بیماران ام اس را در ماه آوریل نشان داد. به طور قابل ملاحظه تولد کمتر بیماران ام اس رخ داده است در ماه اکتبر و نوامبر که محتمل ترین توضیح برای این مسئله ویتامین D مادر در زمان حاملگی است.

دوباره این جماعت محقق یه نظریه دادن خودشونم توش موندن....تازه احسان هم پاییزیه یعنی تو فصلی که گفتن ام اس نیست...چه ربطی داره...دو سه تا دیگه از بچهامون هم میشناسم پاییزین...خودم خردادیم...
اصلا سایت خودمون برای نقض کردن این تحقیقات کافی هست
