دیشب با یکی از دوستان داشتم صحبت می کردم کلی خاطرات گذشته را یادش آوردم برگشت به من گفت : مطمئنی اینا با من بوده ؟
منم بنا بر دلایل شخصی گفتم نــــــــــــــــه من اشتباه کردم ، تو بزار پای مریضیم icon_cry

کم شدن حافظه فقط در بیماران ام.اس نیست. خیلی ها هستن مثل همین دوست من به طور کلی مشکل حافظه دارن. دیوار حاشا هم که بلنده :60: به هر حال شما هم می تونید مثل اینایی که به این تابلویی گذشته را انکار می کنند ، انکار کنید اگر فراموش کردین به همین راحتی !!!!

منم یک مقدار فراموش کار شدم اما بیشتر احساس میکنم بخاطر مشغله ی فکریه که باعث شده کمتر تمرکز کنم تو مسائلی که باید تو ذهنم بسپارم

سلام به دوستان خوبم......منم خیلی حافظم کم شده اکثر اوفات خیلی چیزها رو فراموش میکنم.....اما به بقول یکی از بچه ها این دقیقا مربوط به ام اس نیست....بی ربط هم نیست..می دونید ما همهمون بد جوری حساس ونکته سنج هستیم..این پراکندگی افکار باعث میشه خیلی از موارد رو فراموش کنیم من اگر مشغله فکری نداشته باشم خیلی حواسم جمعه اما امان از روزی که ترافیک مغزم بالا باشه باید یک جلسه با خودم بذارم ودر نهایت محکوم که شدم اول با کسی که خیلی دوستش دارم حرف میزنم بعد کم کم کارها رو کلاسه میکنم واز این فراموشی وکم حاظه بودن در میام wink2wink2wink2wink2evilgrin0039.gifevilgrin0039.gif

علت این پراکندگی ذهنی در ماها این هست که نگران هستیم. تا وقتی شخص نگران باشد، حتی اسم خودش هم یادش می‌رود و این طبیعی است. یادداشت برداشتن خوب هست ولی خودش باعث کندی حافظه می‌شود. برای تقویت حافظه از نگرانی‌ها و دغدغه‌هاتان کم کنید، کتاب زیاد بخوانید و جدول حل کنید.
وقتی نگرانی به سراغتان آمد موسیقی ملایم و بدون کلام گوش بدهید و لبخند بزنید. توجهی به ضربان قلبتان نکنید و مثلاً به یک خاطره خوب، به بوی یک عطر و حتی به این فکر کنید که برای ساختن این آهنگ از چه سازهایی استفاده شده است. ذهنتان را فعال کنید تا تصور کنید در صحنه هستید و شاهد یک کنسرت هستید که دارند این آهنگ را اجرا می‌کنند. نگرانی‌تان رفع خواهد شد icon_question


فقط قرارهای خیلی مهم و کارهای خیلی خیلی مهم را یادداشت کنید. وقتی هم فهمیدید چیزی یادتان رفته، به روی خودتان نیاورید wink2

من هم حافظم کم شده بود با خوردن عسل بهتر میشه در ضمن من هنوز هیچ علامتی ندارم

البته نمیشه گفت حافظه کم شده بیشتر شدن دغدغه های فکری و عصبی و همچنین بالا بودن ارقام فکری و کاری باعث این کار می شود
البته رشد سنی هم عاملی است واسه این موضوع
در مسیر روزانه وقتی چند نوع کار پر ترافیک انجام می دهیم و از طرفی برای تمام کارا استرس و فشار عصبی داریم مغز وقتی درگیر این چنین بار فشاری قرار می گیرد مسلما مشگل از یاد رفتن بعضی از کارها یمان خواهد شد
من خودم اکثرا کارهای روزانمو می نویسم و طبق برنامه و نوشته هام کارامو انجام می دهم

به خاطر استرس و تلقین هم هست
کتاب بخونید
جدول به خصوص جدول سودوکو حل کنید
به طور مستمر شعر حفظ کنید
قرآن بخونید
خلاصه اینکه باید ذهن رو فعال نگه داشت..
