من الان یک ماه شد دارم این قرص رو استفاده میکنم و خدا رو شکر خوبم. در مورد دست درد مصرف این قرص هیچ ربطی بهش نداره. در مورد چشم و دید
تو کتاب اطلاعات در مورد این دارو یه جا نوشته:
اگر دچار مشکلات دید شدید. تاری چشم. چشم درد. افزایش حساسیت چشم به نور زیاد. سایه یا لکه سیاهی د دید باید حتما با دکترتون تماس بگیرید. (این علائم ممکنه 3 تا 4 ماه اول از شروع مصرف این قرص اتفاق بیفته.)

یکی از عوارض عمده تر مصرف این دارو "التهاب شبکیه چشم" هست. معمولا باید قبل از شروع قرص و 3 تا 4 ماه بعد از مصرف قرص این آزمایش گرفته بشه تا مطمئن شیم مشکلی برای چشم وجود نداره.

چرا بعضي از دكترها تجويز نمي كنن مثل دكتر من ؟

من الان يك سال و يك ماه فينگوليمد ميخورم . تو پاي راستم كرختي شديد دارم . قبلا كه سينووكس ميزدم هم همين مشكل را داشتم . بعد از مصرف فينگوليمد هم فرقي نكرد . برا همين هم فكر نكنم اين مشكلات ربطي به نوع دارو داشته باشه .

من فکر میکنم تا وقتی که مریض به داروی تجویز شده از طرف نورولوجیستش جواب مثبت بده یعنی علائمی از عوارض دارو نداشته باشه و توی ام ار آی دارو تاثیرش رو با اضافه نشدن پلاک یا محو شدن پلاک نشون بده (در کل بیماری پیشرفت نکنه) دیگه دکتر لازم نمیبینه که دارو رو تغییر بده. به نظر من بیمار باید خوش شانس باشه تا به داروی تجویز شده جواب مثبت بده و بیماری رو با دارو تا حدی خاموش نگه داره.

من الان 32 روزه مصرف میکنم
2سال پیش به دکترم گفتم داروی خوراکی نیومده؟
گفت: چرا اومده ولی بزار آزمایش خودشو پس بده.
سال پیش پرسیدم داروی خوراکی جوابشو پس نداده؟
گفت:چرا خیلی خوب جواب داده ولی علم پزشکی میگه داروی که جواب داده (رسیژن) ریسکه عوض بکنیم...
تا اینکه 3 ماه پیش بعد از 6 سال دچار حمله شدم.
دکتر من بعد از آزمایش انواع کورتون و عدم جواب دکتر قرص فینگولیمود تجویز کرد.
الحمدالله بعد از گذشت 20 روز به حالت قبلی برگشتم.
منم 6 ساعت مانیتور شدم.
عوارض نداشتم

من واقعا دیگه از تزریق خسته شدم میخوام به دکترم این دفعه ای بگم فینگولیمود برام بنویسه..
هر چند قبلا خودم همین پیشنهاد دکتر رو رد کردم چون از عوارضی که در موردش شنیده بودم میترسیدم،ولی دیگه تزریق نه...
میشه لطفا بگید چند تا در طول روز یا هفته مصرف میشه؟؟
و این که شنیدم که برای مصرف بار اولش باید بستری بشیم این درسته؟؟
و باید تحت مراقبت باشیم تا یه مدت،مثلا تا چند وقت؟

برای جواب این پرسش ها ، باید توی انجمن معرفی داروها بری و فینگولیمود رو بخونی.

من شش ماهه دارم استفاده میکنم تمام پلاکام غیر فعال شدن خداروشکر تو این مدت اصلا عوارض سراغم نیومد البته قبلش چکاپ کامل انجام داده بودم
