هشتم یه مساله ای هست که گفتم حتما حتما باید بگم ، هرچند میدونم شما خودتون کلی ورزشکارید و همه ی اینا رو خوب میدونید ولی ....
بچه ها تو رو خدا دیگه کمپلت بیخیاله همه چی نشداااااااااااااااااا . شما حداقل ، تاکید میکنم حداقل 21 روز بطور پیوسته و فشرده فعالیت بدنی سنگین داشتید . سنگین از این جهت که بطور مداوم پا زدید و ...
خواهش میکنم یهو همه چی رو قطع نکنید
این بزرگترین آسیب به بدنه
مثله اینه که 4 ، 5 روز پالس بگیرید و بعد یهو بدون تیپر کردن ، همه چی رو قطع کنید

خوب ............سفر سخت و افتخار آميز دوستان تموم شد و
واقعا خسته نباشد
به همه نشون داديد كه ام اس پخي بيش نيست.......!!!
و من يكي كه بهتون افتخار ميكنم..

اما..........................اما

اين سفر تازه شروعي واسه بقيه كارهاست ( هر چند كه قبلا هم كارهايي از اين دست
بوده ولي به اين بزرگي نبوده)
و من ميدونم كه بچه ها هنوز خستگي اين سفر از تنشون
بيرون نرفته به فكر يه برنامه ديگه ان( فربود با توام ها...........)
اميدوارم كه هميشه همين جور سرحال و تندرست باشين.agreement2

خیلی خوشحالم
این حرکت خیلی غرور انگیز بود و خیلی خوشحالم که همه چی به خوبی تموم شد و بچه ها سلامت رسیدن و پر قدرت تر از همیشه به ادامه فعالیت ها میپردازن
خیلی دوست داشتم امروز بیام و از روز اول حرکت با سینا هماهنگ کرده بودم واسه امروز ولی متاسفانه دیروز واسه گرفتن مدرکم از دانشگاه اخطار گرفتم smiling و بالاجبار امروز رفتم دانشگاه و نتونستم بهتون برسم .
خودتون رو واسه فردا حسابی اماده کنید که کلی باهاتون کار داریم
و یه خسته نباشید خیلی خیلی بزرگ icon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_question

امروز اس ام اس آوای امید نیومد برام...یعنی یه جوری بود هر روز عادت کرده بودم بهش..انگار نگرانش شدم
زنگ زدم فربد..گفت تهران هستند..باورم نمیشد..فکر کردم داره اذیتم میکنم
ولی بالاخره باورم شدsmilingصدای بوق ماشین ها میومدlaughing3
اونقد خوشحال شدم که نمیدونید...میخواستم کل شرکتو ناهار بدم ها!!!خوبه زود از جو زدگی خارج شدمicon_cryicon_biggrin
