به دلیل کاهش قیمت پایه از ویالی 168000 تومان به ویالی 150000تومان
از
7066000 تومان به 631000 تومان کاهش یافته

3. رسیژن (12عدد)
با بیمه خدمات و تامین
به دلیل افزایش سقف بیمه ای
از
226 هزار تومان به 55 هزار تومان کاهش یافت
