دوست عزیز ، خیلی حساس نباشین ، خوب اگه نگیم ام اسی ها باید بگیم بیماران ام اس ، و چون ما خودمون رو بیمار نمیدونیم (چون از خیلی از مقامات کشور سالم تریمwink2) ، میگیم ام اسی !confused
ولی اگه ناراحتتون میکنه عنوان تاپیک رو عوض میکنیم. icon_question

با سلام، جهت اطلاع دوستان
در حال حاضر مرکز تصویربرداری پارسیان هیچگونه قراردای با انجمن ام اس ندارد.
مرکز تصویربرداری بیمارستان فیروزگر هم که حتی سال گذشته با کارت انجمن ام.آر.آی رو رایگان انجام می داد، در حال حاضر خدماتش رو با 30 درصد تخفیف ارائه می ده.

واقعا هيچكس حاضر نيست كمك كنه
آغا جان حقمو ميخوام من از دوم مردادماه دنبال كار بيمه هستم
هيچكس درست راهنمايي نميكنه باور كنيد از هر طريقي كه فكرشو
بكنيد اقدام كردم. حضوري تلفني. اينترنتي
همه جا رفتم. بالغ بر١٠٠هزار تومان هزينه اسنپ دادم
ولي هيچ نتيجهاي نگرفتم.
اخه اين چه وضعش؟angry
يعني چي ؟. چرا ميگن به مادفترچه بيماران خاص تعلق مي گيره ولي
وقتي ميري ميگن نه؟
چرا ميگن بيمارستان سينا براي همه بيماران ام اس هست. ولي وقتي
نوبت ميخواي ميگن نداريم. ميگي ميخوام تزريق كنم وقت بديد
ميگن مريضاي خودمونم وقت ندارن.
مگه مريض خودمونونو. خودشونو. خودتون. داره؟؟؟؟؟confused2
اخه چرا يه مستمري بگير بايد مثلا آذر بيمه تكميلي بشه؟
چرا بيمه انفرادي يا. اسماري براي زير 40ساله؟
اخه چرا من بايد. حدود سه ميليون هزينه كنم؟Dash2

در حال حاضر تو تهران کدوم بیمارستان یا مرکز MRI بیشترین تخفیف رو میده ؟
قبلا فیروزگر رایگان بود اما ظاهرا دیگه نیست!
هرچه حال ما بیماران بدتر میشه و وضعیت کار و درامد و اقتصادی بدتر، پشتیبانی و حمایت از بیماران هم کمتر میشه

ام ار ای آرین برا بیماران ام اس با کارت انجمن نصف هزینه رو می دید
ام ار ای دکتر اطهری هم همینطور
این دوتا رو مطمئنم شاید مراکز دیگه هم باشه من نشناسم ....

سلام با مدارک مریضیت برو انجمن توی  خیابان انقلاب، خیابان وصال شیرازی نرسیده به چهارراه طالقانی، کوچه شهید محمد شمس، پلاک۳۵ این مدارک رو هم داشته باش مدارک مورد نیاز جهت عضویت در انجمن:

  1. اصل گواهی پزشکی از متخصص داخلی مغز و اعصاب
  2. 2 قطعه عکس 3*4
  3. کپی کارت ملی بیمار
  4. کپی صفحه اول و دوم شناسنامه بیمار
  5. در صورت مجرد بودن کپی صفحه اول و دوم شناسنامه پدر بیمار
  6. در صورت متاهل بودن کپی صفحه اول و دوم شناسنامه همسر بیمار
  7. کپی گزارش MRI
    عضویتت انجام میشه ایشالا

باسلام.دوستان عزیز اگه کسی امکانشو داره من یک نوبت از دکتر صحرائیان می خوام.فقط میخواهم نظر ایشون رو هم بگیرم.خیلی تا حالا تلاش کردم ولی موفق نشدم.اگه مثلا یکی از بیمارهاشون نوبتشو بهم بده ممنون میشم.زندگیم بهم ریخته میخوام یک ویزیت بشم تا درمان را با اطمینان پیگیری گنم.من نمیتونم این لطف را جبران کنم و از خدا میخوام بهترینها را براتون رقم بزنه.ممنون
