منم از وقتی ام اس گرفتم دستام و پاهام عین یخچال شده ، 100% از ام اس است. قبلا این طوری نبودم.

با سلام احساس داغ شدن وسرد شدن از کمر به پایین یعنی تا نوک انگشتان پا را حدود 30 سال دارم تحمل میکنم البته شما باید با پزشکتان تماس بگیرید چون همان طور که میدانید علایم بیماری ام اس در همه یکسان نیست . به امید روزی که بتوان همه ی علایم ام اس را ریشه کن کرد بهرحال توصیه من به شما این است که حتما با پزشکتان این موضوع را مطرح کنید و زیاد به ان فکر نکنید.

آره گاهی پام چنان داغ میشه که جوراب خیس می پوشم که خنک شم چون شستن پا ام کافی نیست وخنک نمیشمsmilingagreement2

گاهی اوقات پاهام و دستام یه جورایی داغ میشه فکر میکنم که به ام اس ربط داره چون با گرما و رعایت نکردن در غذا این اتفاق برام میفتهbadtaste

منم زیاد اینجوری میشم. 9 ماهه که اصلا دارو هم مصرف نمی کنم ولی یه چیز جالب دیدین ماهی ها سردخونند یعنی با دمای محیط دمای بدنشون تغییر می کنه. منم اینجوریم. تو زمستونا به حدی پاهام سرده که از زور سرما کبود کبوده و حتی دستام ولی تو تابستونا انقدر داغه که پاهامو باید با آب سرد بشورم . با هرکی هم دست میدم میگه چقدر داغی.icon_cry

منم زیاد اینجوری میشم. 9 ماهه که اصلا دارو هم مصرف نمی کنم ولی یه چیز جالب دیدین ماهی ها سردخونند یعنی با دمای محیط دمای بدنشون تغییر می کنه. منم اینجوریم. تو زمستونا به حدی پاهام سرده که از زور سرما کبود کبوده و حتی دستام ولی تو تابستونا انقدر داغه که پاهامو باید با آب سرد بشورم . با هرکی هم دست میدم میگه چقدر داغی.icon_cry

دست وپای من هم زیاد داغ وسرد میشه ! من فکر میکنم به تغذیه وخوردن گرمی وسردی هم مربوط میشه!!! به من که گفتن گرمی برام خوبه ولی باعث میشه که همیشه دمای بدنم بالاست و گرمم میشهangry2

نمیدونم چرا همش سمت راست شکمم احساس گرما میکنم
وقتی هم یه چیز سرد میگیرم روش سوزن سوزن میشه angry3

سلام عزيز.
يه آزمايش خون بگو دكتر برات بنويسه .احتمالا كبدت مشكل داره.مال منم همينجوريه آزمايش كه دادم بيماريه NASH كبد معلوم شده 1ساله دارم درمان ميكنم داروي سينوكسمم دكتر قطع كرده.
بيماريه ترسناكي نيست،كبدت كه چرب شده باشه بهش ميگن NASH ولي يه آزماي بده تا آنزيمهاي كبدت رو بررسي كنه.

من وقتی تزریق می کردم 1 سال اول اینجوری میشدم الانم بعضی موقعه ها میشم اما بیشتر سرد میشه تا گرم
