سلام برای بر طرف شدن یبوست 5 یا 6 عدد انجیر خشک رو به مدت 24 ساعت تو یه لیوان آب خیس کنید و بعد هم انجیرا و هم آبی که انجیر توش خیس شده رو بخورید، رد خور نداره

منم درسته ام اس ندارم ولی داروی اصلی ما پسوریازیسی ها همین کورتونه بصورت پماد کلو بتازول یا دایوونکس هست و الانم ماهی یک هفته شبی سه تا تیوپ کلوبتازول دارم خرج بدنم میکنم و تا همینجاش نزدیک ‏۸۰‏ درصد عوارضی که دوستمون گفت رو دارم ‏...‏ ‏confused2

بچه ها سلام دیروز اولین روز تزریق متیل پردیزولونم بود تا صبح چشم رو هم نذاشتم فکر کنم امروز هم همون برنامه تکرار بشه تپش قلبم زیاده با اینکه قرص رانیتیدن می خورم با این وجود معده ام داره میترکه راستی کسی از شما هست که موقع پالس تراپی آمپول رانیتیدن مصرف بکنه ممنون از راهنمائیتون icon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_question

بچه ها بهتون توصیه می کنم خیلی مواظب مصرف کورتون باشید
دکتر برام به مدت حدود سه سال تزریق یه کورتون بصورت ماهانه رو تجویز کرد باهاش قرص کلسیم د هم برام نوشت
حدود 8 ماه پیش دچار سیاه شدگی(نکروز)سر استخوان ران شدم دکتر ارتوپد بهم گفت دلیلش مصرف کورتونه شش ماه پیش عمل کردم معلوم نیست جواب بده یا نه برام دعا کنید

بچه ها ی سوال /دکترم گفته کورتن بهت نساخته -حالا باید چه کار کنم /این یعنی چی نشانه خوبی یا بدی /من که بدتر شدم قبلا دستشویی میرفتم اما حالا ار سون استفاده میکنم

خانم یا آقای 7714 یعنی چی از سوند استفاده می کنین؟یعنی کنترل ادرار ندارین؟یعنی تا حالا هیچ داروی دیگه ای غیر از کورتون استفاده نکردین؟

سلام دوستان من پالس کورتونم 7 روزِ که تمام شده حسابی باد کردم الان هفت روزِ قرص پردیزولون می خورم البته الان دارم کمش می کنم تقریبا 2 هفته بعد تمام میشه ولی الان 3 روزه ضعف شدید در بدنم میکنم سرم شدید گیج میره و پاهام وکلاً بدنم انگار ژله شده قلبم خیلی تند می زنه پراپرانول می خورم confusedconfusedconfusedconfusedconfused
2 سال پیش پالس کردم یادم نمیاد اینجوری شده بودم یا نه البته سخت بوده که به زور قبول کردم پالس بشم angry2angry2angry2angry2angry2
الان خیلی می ترسم چیکار کنم ؟؟!!!!
دوستان شما چیکار کردید تا این عوارض بر طرف بشه sad2sad2sad2sad2sad2

من حالم اصلا خوب نبود 10 قدمم به زور راه میرفتم
رفتم بیش نجل طبق معمول گفت چرا؟؟؟؟!!!!
نباید اینجوری میشد
بعد یه ام ار ای داد بعدم گفت بهتر از قبلی
جالب بود!!!!!
بعد رفتم پیش نجاران بهم پالس داد تو خونه گرفتم بعدم گفت اگه نتونی 10 قدم راه بری زدن بتافرون بیفایدس منم 10 روزه بتا هم نمیزنم امروزم وقت دارم برم ببینم چی میده جاش
فقط یه چیزی من ایندفه حیلی اب خوردم جوش نزدم فقط 1دونه اونم زود خوب شد

ببینید بله یبوست از عوارض کورتن هست...اگر خفیف باشه خوردن مایعات زیاد و 2 قاشق غذا خوری روغن زیتون در صبح و عصر برای رفع یبوست کافیه...
در صورت شدید بودن یبوست از قرص بیزاکودیل و شیاف هائی که روان کننده هستن استفاده میشه...اونو پزشک باید تشخیص بده
