ولی من دوبار تو این 5 سال پالس کورتون داشتم بار اول که بستری شدم و بعد از بیمارستان هم قرصش رو تا یه مدتی میخوردم تا بتدریج کمش کنم ، صورتم گرد شد ولی از نظر وزنی چاق نشدم .اشتهام روبه راه شده بود با اینکه دکتر، به علت فشارخون و تپش قلب، نمک و قند رو ممنوع کرده بود ، وقتی مرخص شدم غذای بی نمک رو چنان با اشتها میخوردم که اگه الان باشه اصلا یه ذره نمیتونم بخورم.
بار دوم پالس کورتون که بدون بستری و فقط 5 روز تزریق و دیگه بعدش قرص نبود، نه اشتهام زیاد شد نه صورتم گرد !
این بستگی به استعداد چاقی شما داره ، من استعدادشو نداشتم!
این افزایش اشتها موقتیه نگران نباشید. میوه و سبزیجات بخورید ولی چیزای چرب و شیرین رو نه.

یادمه از بیمارستان تازه مرخص شده بودم یکی از دوستان که نمی دونست چی به چیه می گفت تپل شدی معلومه خیلی بهت خوش می گذره laughing3

من اشتهام فرق نکرده ولی بدجوری دارم میترکم وشکمم بزرگ شده.دلیلش داروهاست وکم تحرکی

من وقتی برام تشخیص ام اس دادند از شدت افسردگی در عرض دو هفته 15 کیلو لاغر شدم!!!
الآن هم 10 کیلو از قبل ام اس کمترم و از هیکلم راضیم؛ خوش هیکل شدمSmile (16)
