سلام پلاسما فرز عوارض داره کسی میدونه؟و ی سوال اینکه باید بستری شیم تو بیمارستان واسه چند روز؟و اینکه تاثیر داره ؟من یک مقدار ضعف پای چپ دارم ک با پالس رفع نشد.حالا میخوام برم پلاسما .آیا ارزش داره .ممنون میشم جواب بدید

بله باید بستری شد
مدت زمانش بستگی به وزن بدن والبته تشخیص پزشک داره که چه مقدار خون تصفیه بشه
واینکه در هر روز خودتون چه مقدار بتونید خون تصفیه کنید
من یک هفته بستری بودم وروزی 1ونیم لیتر خون تصفیه میکردم
تاثیرش برا من خیلی زیاد بود یعنی میشه گفت من را از ویلچر نشینی نجات داد
من بعداز یک حمله شدید که به پزشک مراجعه نکردم وبعدش هم پالس جواب نداد
دکتر بهم گفت باید پلاسما فرز انجام بدی اونموقع من بدون کمک نمیتونستم راه برم
البته من بعداز اون 20جلسه فیزیوتراپی و10جلسه هم کاردرمانی رفتم
الان بعداز دوسال خوبه خوبم شکرخدا
این راهم بگم که مدت زیادی نباید از حمله گذشته برا پلاسما وگرنه جواب نمیده

ببین بستگی به نظر دکتر داره
بعضی از دکترها میگن هر10کیلو وزن 1لیتر پلاسمایعنی یه ادمه50کیلویی باید5لیتر پلاسمای خونش تصفیه بشه
اگه روزی یک لیتر تعویض پلاسما بشه میشه 5روز دو روز هم برا گذاشتن دستگاه ودر اوردنش
حالا اگه بتونه بیشتر بده زمانش کم میشه ولی فقط روزی یک بار این کارو میکنن
دکتر من نظرش فرق میکرد خیلی بیشتر ازم گرفتن میگفت حالا که اومدی بیشتر بمون
بعضیا تا روزی دو لیتر هم میتونن مهمه که تو این مدت خیلی چیزهای مقوی بخوری فشارت تنظیم باشه
راستی روز اول فقط دستگاه را تو پا میگذارن عمل تعویض پلاسما را انجام نمیدن
بعداز اتمام این کار هم یه روز بعد دستگاه را در میارن
ولی من چون بچه کوچیک داشتم دکترم گفت همون روز در اوردن

میشه پلاسما رو همون روز انجام داد تو چند ساعت و بعدش رفت خونه ب کارات برسی؟یعنی اگه ب فرض 5روز بود رفت و آمد کنی شب بیمارستان نمونی

نه اصلا نمیشه این کارو کرد
یه دستگاهه دوتا شلنگ بهش وصله اونو تو شاهرگ پا میزنن
تا وقتی تو پا باشه اصلا نباید خم کرد پا را
حالا چه جوری میشه بیرون رفت؟؟
دستشویی هم باید فرنگی استفاده کرد
تازه اگه دکترتون مثل من باشه که دائم سرم بهتون وصله
فکرش را بکنید من تو یه هفته 16تا سرم بهم وصل کردن
ولی بین کسایی که برا پلاسما بودن من فقط اینجوری بودم دکترای دیگه سرم نداده بودن
