با تشكر
البته به گياهان فوق (در ارسال قبلي)براي بهبود آنزيمهاي كبدي، اين موارد را هم اضافه نماييد:

سيب قرمز- كدوحلوايي- به- روغن زيتون بابو- پودر سنجد و شلغم كه براي ام اس و ... نيز مفيدند.

بهترين گياه اين اقلام، كاسني است كه تازه آن در پاركها و باغچه ها جديدا سبز شده است كه روزي 100 گرم ميل شود.

سلام به همه,منم دچار چربی کبد هستم منتها دوسال بود که ثابت بود در عرض 6ماه به شدت بالا اومده ویکی از آنزیم ها 120 دیگری 60_70
البته این مدت من داروی جلوگیری و آمپول استروژن و قرص دانازول بخاطره کیستی که داشتم خوردم اما کیستم بزرگتر شد مجبور به جراحی شدم خیلی استرس هم اینمدت داشتم,الان منتظر جواب ازمایش های تکمیلی هستم و فوق العاده نگرانsad,اص(لا دوست ندارم مشکلی باشه که حل نشه.

دوست عزیزم چربی کبد علل مختلفی داه از مهمترینش تغذیه و استرسه.
بهترین درمانش کاهش وزن وورزش کردنه گرچه اورليستات، متفورمین و ویتامین E رو مصرفش عالی درنظرگرفته شده ولی اخیرا داروی پیوگلیتازون نیز جهت درمان این بیماری مصرف میشه که خطر مهمی بیمار رو تهدید نمیکنه ودلیلی برای نگرانی نیست.
ایشالا مشکل کیست هم برطرف میشه و الان فقط وفقط مثبت فکر کن ودور از تنش واسترس باشagreement2

دوست عزیز
رنج نرمال ALT وAST

Female: 7–۳۰ U/L (0.12–۰٫۵۰ µkat/L SI units) – زنان
Male: 10–۵۵ U/L (0.17–۰٫۹۱ µkat/L SI units) – مردان
در کودکان به دلیل استفاده از برخی داروها حتی انتی بیوتیک ها ممکنه بالابره.
دربیشتر بیماری های کبدی، سطح ALT بالاتر از AST است و در نتیجه نسبت AST / ALT پایین خواهد بود. چند مورد استثناء وجود دارد. نسبت AST / ALT معمولا در هپاتیت الکلی، سیروز و جراحت ماهیچه ای افزایش می یابد.
سایرعلایم تشخیصی هپاتیت بررسی بشه.فکر نمیکنم نگران کننده باشه

منم وقتی ربیف مصرف میکردم آنزیمای کبدم بالا بود دکترم داروم رو عوض کرد و پیش دکتر گوارش رفتم و لیورگل برام نوشت اوایل لیورگل 140 میخوردم ولی الان لیورگل 70 خدا رو شکر آنزیمای کبدم داره خوب میشه

منم آنزیم کبدیم بالا رفته بود به مدت 2 هفته تزریقم شد دو هفته در میون و قرص لیورگل 70 واسم تجویز شد خدا رو شکر خوب شدم اما به نظرم اگه از پزشکتون درخواست کنی هر 6 ماه یک بار آزمایش بدین خیلی خوبه...

فقطAST47بودبقیش درست بودنوزاددختره13ماهشه هفته قبل AST 61بودبردم این هفته یه آزمایشگاه دیگه نوشتAST47داروی خاصی مصرف نمیکنه
فقط صبح تاشب هی لحظه ای ادای استفراغ به خودش میگیره ولی استفراق نمیکنه غذازیادنمیخوره وزنش8 کیلو تحرک زیادداره باهوشه

درود فروان.
من به تازگی توی آزمون شرکت پتروشیمی پذیرفته شدم و بعد از موفقیت در مراحل آزمون کتبی،مصاحبه ی فنی تخصصی،تست ورزش،حالا مراحل طب صنعتی رو میگذرونم.توی آزمایشی که دادم بعد از مراجعه به دکتر،بهم اعلام شد که میزان آنزیم کبدیت یه مقدار بالا هستش.نمیدونم چقدر باید نگران این مطلب باشم.
این مقادیرشه:
S.G.P.T: 69 IU/L

ضمناً قد من 177 و وزنم 81 هستش.

این مطلب از دو منظر نگرانم کرده:
*چقدر سلامتیم در خطره؟
*چقدر روی نتیجه ی استخدامم تأثیرگذاره؟

در مورد سلامتی آره نگران باش
در مورد استخدامت نگران نباش تاثیری به آن صورت نداره
