دکتر صحراییان برای خواهر من ماهی یکدونه را تجویز کرده

البته مولتی دیلی هم میخوره که ویتامین دی روزانه را داره

همیشه دکتر میگفت هردو هفته یه دونه کپسول ویتامین دی بخور و همیشه هم برام نسخه مینوشت ، اما این بار که رفتم آزمایشم رو دید گفت ویتامین دی خونت دیگه خوب شده ، ماهی یه دونه بخور کافیه بعدشم اصن نسخه ننوشت برام ! لابد گیر نمیاد که ننوشته !confused2
البته روزی یه کلسیم دی میخورم ، که اونم برام ننوشت یا یادش رفته یا گفته خودش بخره به من چه که بنویسم !Smile (16)
الان رو آورده به ب کمپلکس ،دوبار آخر که پیشش رفتم همش ویتامین ب کمپلکس مینویسه !

منم هفته ای یه 50000 واحدیش رو میخورم.. تو آزمایشم هم 47 بود.

اوایل تشخیص بیماریم دکتر مجدی نسب به خاطر علایمی که داشتم برا چند بیماریه دیگه هم یه سری آزمایش برام نوشت تا بدونه آیا برخی مشکلاتم برا چیز دیگه ای هست یا نه که بعضیشون بود بعضیشونم نبود.
توی آزمایشاتم تست برا ویتامین D3 و همچنین ویتامین B12 هم دیده میشد. ویتامین D نرمالش بین 30 تا 100 هست که برا من عدد 8.6 بود و این یعنی فقره ویتامین دی . الان هنوز ماهی یه عدد قرص D3 میخورم. بله به گفته ی دوستمون باید با نظر پزشک و با احتیاط مصرف شه.

دکترم بهم میگه اگه میخوای قرص د3 بخوری هفته یه بار بخور اگه نه ماهی یه بار سوزن د3 بزن . ولی باید مصرف بشه

میخواستم بدونم شما با چه دوزی این ویتامین رو میخورید و چطوره راضی هستید یا نه؟؟

من يك روز در ميون يه ويتامين دي با دوز ٢٠٠٠Iu مي خورم ، و هر روز يه قرص كلسيم يا مولتي ويتامين well woman كه روش نوشته براي خستگيم خوبه

من پنج هفته، هفته ای یه بار ویتامین دی 50000میخورم بعد چندماه نمیخورم بعد دوباره همونwink2Smile (16)

منم 1000 IU روزی یکی. از دکتر پرسیدم اگر این دوز رو دیگه گیر نیووردم چیکار کنم.؟ گفت ماهی یکدونه 50000 IU (دی ویژل). قبلا هم یکجایی نوشتم که 300000 که به شکل آمپول هست رو جدیدا توصیه نمیکنن چون میگن دوزش بالاست و بدن تخریبش میکنه و حتی ذخیره ویتامین دی خود بدن هم باهاش تخریب میشه.
