من بجز خانوادم و همسرم و شاید دو تا از دوستام کسی نمی دونه و خوشحالم که به کس دیگه ای نگفتم چون هی می خوان حالمو بپرسن و ادمو یاد مریضی بندازن و شایدم ترحم کنن.به هر حال خوشحالم و قصد ندارم به کس دیگه ای هم بگم.

من اولش به هيچكس نگفتم چون نخواستم هر بار كه من و ميبينن با پرسيدن حالم بهم ياداوري كنن كه ام اس دارم بخاطر اينكه معتقدم هر چقدر از زندگيم بيرونش كنم و نذارم خوشي هام و خراب كنه زودتر از دنيام محو ميشهagreement2
به خانواده ام هم نگفتم تا دردشون زياد نشه agreement2
به غريبه ها هم نگفتم تا همش ازم سوال نكنن و اطلاعات نخوان چون خودم هيچ اطلاعاتي نداشتم و پي اطلاعت هم نبودم براي جواب دادن به اطرافيان مجبور ميشدم درباره اش بيشتر بدونم و من اين و نميخواستم چون هر چه بيشتر بدوني بيشتر حساس تر ميشي و علايمش بروز ميكنه و همه چي و بهش نسبت ميديagreement2
اما حالا خانواده ام دوستهام و فاميل ميدونن هر كسي هم بخواد براش ميگم و كسي هم از من خوشش مياد بهش ميگمagreement2
اما ناراحت اين بودم كه بعضي ها بيماري من و از خودم نشنيدن و خواهرم گفته اونم منظوري نداشته حالاwink2
مهم نيست من چه بيماري دارم همه دنيا بايد منو بشناسن و بدونن كي هستم با همه خوبي ها و بدي هام و داشته هام و نداشته هام بعد حرفشون و بگن و قضاوت كنن هرچند من براي خودم زندگي ميكنم نه براي ديگران پس نظر كسي چندان برام مهم نيست...
بهتره بگيم تا خودمون ام اس و درست بشناسونيم خودمون از ام اس بترسيم از ديگران چه انتظارicon_question

نه ه ه ه ! چیزی نگفته همه ی عالم و آدم برام چاه درست کردن که منو بندازن توش تا از اداره اخراجم کنن.اگه بفهمن حتی یه سرماخوردگی کوچیک گرفتم،همشون بسیج میشن تا کلکمو بکنن!اما کورخوندن!اگه روزی هزار بار ازم بپرسن پات چشه که میلنگی؟عمرا واقعیتو بهشون نمیگم!ام اس هر بدیی واسم داشته درعوضش ازمن یه دروغگوی قهار وتموم عیار ساخته!!!!!!!!میگن دروغگو کم حافظس اما من که خوب یادمه به هرکسی راجع به بیماریم چه دروغی گفتم

بیماری ام اس این لطف رو به من داده که لااقل بتونم یک شناخت خیلی کوچولو روی بعضی از دوستان و آشنایان و.. پیدا کنم و ببینم کدوم یکی از اونها دهن لق هستند و کدومشون قابل اعتماد. البته نتیجه کاملا تأسف بار بود.angry2
اوایل برام مهم نبود اگه همه می دونستن ولی الان وقتی می شنوم که یکی به من می گه: خیلی خوشحالم که رو پاهات راه می ری و یا جمله هایی مثل این و با لحنی فوق العاده ترحم برانگیز واقعا حرصم می گیره angry این جور آدم ها هیچی از ام اس نمی دونن و دانش اونها در این زمینه خلاصه میشه به فیلم طلا و مس!
ولی نتیجه مثبت برای من این بود که رابطه ام رو با آدم های به ظاهر قابل اعتماد تا میزان ممکن کاهش دادم ..

تا بیش از 10سال بیماریم یک راز بود بین من و دوست صمیمی ام که همراهم بود و پزشکم.

برای این به خانوادم نگفتم چون دلیلی ندیدم نگرانشون کنم. به بقیه هم به همون دلایلی که دوستان دارند نگفتم.

وقتی بیماری روی راه رفتنم تاثیر گذاشت با سوالات دیگران مواجه شدم. بهانه های زیادی می آوردم. پام پیچ خورده، رگ به رگ شده و...

تا به جایی رسیدم که امکان پنهان کردنش وجود نداشت...

و آرامش من از اونوقت شروع شد.
دیگران درکم کردند. کمک کردند و این گونه بهتر توان مبارزه پیدا کردم.

خیلی سخت بود پنهان کردن مشکلی که تمام لحظات باهاش درگیر هستی و تحمل باری که فقط روی دوش خودته.

بگذریم که در این مواقع برخی افراد خودشون را معصوم می پندارند و فکر می کنند اگر کسی مشکلی پیدا کرده حتما دلیلش تاوان اعمالی هست که شاید هرگز انجام نداده! بعضی هم با همدردیشون نمکی بر روی زخمها می پاشند.
همه هم کارشناس میشوند و هرکس نظراتی ارائه میده..
اما من این بیماری را لطف خداوند می دونم. مسیر زندگی منو خیلی تغییر داد.

خانواده و دوستان هم خیلی اذیت شدند. اما پس از قبول واقعیت میشه مبارزه کرد.

از هیچکس و نظراتشون چه مثبت و چه منفی ناراحت نشدم. بهانه ای شد خصوصیات اخلاقی دیگران را بیشتر بشناسم. هرکسی آزاده هرطور که دوست داره فکر کنه و نظر بده. مهم اینه که آدم به باورهای خودش ایمان داشته باشه و تایید دیگران براش مهم نباشه.

اما اجازه یک چیز را به هیچکس ندادم و اون هم "ترحم" بود. رفتارم هیچ تغییری نکرد. مثل همیشه شاد و خندان و قوی. بنابراین جایی برای ترحم نبود.

اطلاع دیگران به من آرامشی داد که پیش از اون هرگز نداشتم. البته چون دیگه نظر دیگران برام هیچ اهمیتی نداشت. به شما هم توصیه میکنم دیدگاهتون را در مورد قضاوت دیگران تغییر بدید. بعدش همه چیز حل میشه.
چه اهمیتی داره که فلانی منو فردی قوی و سالم بدونه یا بیمار و ناتوان! سعی در تایید دیگران انرژی بیهوده ای را تلف میکنه.

من برای خودم زندگی میکنم نه برای دیگران.

همه کسانی که توی شهرمون منو می شناسن میدونن که ام اس دارم.
من چون اولش ناراحتیم از پام شروع شد و موقع راه رفتن می لنگیدم دلیلی نداشت که از دیگران مخفی کنم
اون سالها چون کسی ام اس را نمی شناخت مردم حرفهای زیادی در موردم می گفتن یکی میگفت چشم خورده ، یکی می گفت تومور مغزی داره ، یکی میگفت درد بی درمون گرفته و ...
تا اینکه بالاخره دستگاه ام آر ای به تهران آمد و تشخیص ام اس داده شد اونموقع بعد از تشخیص خیالم راحت شد که بیماریه با کلاسی گرفتم laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3laughing3
حالا هم که روی ویلچرم فقط از این نظر ناراحتم که موقع جابجا کردن من فشار زیادی به مامان و بابای پیرم وارد میشه وگرنه کارهایی توی مدرسه انجام میدم که سالم ها بلد نیستن و نمره کامل ارزشیابی را (100) گرفتم.icon_biggrinicon_biggrin

من به جز خونواده ام (بابا،مامان،برادرم) كسي ديگه نمي دونه...دوست ندارم بدونن چون همشونو مي شناسم! اينقدر سايه اين بيماري رو رو سرم سنگين مي كنن كه اگر چيزيم هم نباشه حتما دچار ابتلائات عظيم خواهم شد... يكي از دخترهاي فاميل باعث اين تجربه من شد. اونم ام اس داره و همه مي دونن ... بيچاره صحيح و سالمه ولي يه جوري در موردش حرف مي زنن كه... حتي شب ازدواجش ... حتي وقتي بچه دار شد!!!!!

امروز وقتي سر ناهار با دوستام از استرس و .. صحبت شدو يكي از بچه ها گفت كه استرس مي تونه عامل ام اس بشه! تو اين فكر رفتم كه اگه به دوستام بگم چي مي شه؟ برخوردشون چه تغييري مي كنه؟ اونقدر با خودم كلنجار رفتم و آخر به اين نتيجه رسيدم كه نگم بهتره. البته از حق نگذريم اطلاعات دوستام از بيماري بد نبود ، جاي كار داشت!!wink2 يكيشون مي گفت شنيده كه بهترين و زيباترين فرد تو يه خونواده ممكنه ام اس بگيره! و از ما پرسيد شما نشنيدين؟ منم با خباثت كامل گفتم آره شنيدم و به نظرم درسته!!evilgrin0039.gif (حالا بيا دليل بيار كه از كجا شنيدي و چرا فكر مي كني درسته...نمي دونن كه مخفيانه دارم خودخواهي به خرج ميدمwink2evilgrin0039.gif)
