بسلام .ميخواستم بدونم مدت زمان اعتبار ام ار اي با تزريق وبدون تزريق براي كساني كه بيمار نيستن چقدره؟من براي اينكه مشخص بشه اين بيماريو دارم يا نه ام ار اي دادم كه دكترا گفتن چيزي نيست .حالا ميخواستم بدونم اين ام ار اي تا چند وقت اعتبار داراه ايا نيازي براي ام ار اي مجدد هست يا خير.باتشكر

دوست عزیز شما باید با دکترت صحبت کنی
مدت اعتبار برای ام آر آی معنی نداره،من خودم بین دو حملم قبل از تشخیص بیماریم هیچ مشکلی نداشتم.دکترت باید مثلا بگه 6 ماه دیگه دوباره ام آر آی بده یا اگه حالت بد شد و حمله داشتی بیا تا بگم ام آر آی بده.
هر کسی سیر بیماریش با بقیه فرق میکنه.یا اصلا ام اس نداری یا ام است خاموشه.
باید با دکترت صحبت کنی

من پارسال ام ار اي كاملي دادم به اين صورت كه با تزريق و بدون تزريق از مغز و گردن و نخاع وب قدرت 1/5 تسلا. ولي اين فكر همش با منه چون بعضي از علايمو مدارم.به نظر شما يعني بايد دوباره ام ار اي بدم؟

من که هیچی راجع به شرایط شما نمیدونم که بخوام نظری بدم

ضمنا بیمار ام اس ممکنه بعد از یکسال پلاکاش حذف و یا بیشتر بشه
پس با دکترت حرف بزن
بعد از یکسال شاید در وضعیتت تغییراتی ایجاد شده باشه

پاییزان مدام داره میگه با دکترتون مشورت کنید و شما هم همچنان سوال اولتون رو میپرسید !
همون طور که دوستمون اشاره کرد تاریخ اعتبار ام ار ای چیز بی معناییه . مثلا ماست نیست که بگی تا 10 روز دیگه اعتبار داره و باید یکی دیگه بخری

ولی یه زمان وجود داره به دلیل اشعه های مغناطیس میگن بین هر ام ار ای باید حدود 6 ماه فاصله باشه که حالا تو شرایط مختلف ممکنه طبق تجویز دکتر کمتر هم بشه .

ام اس هم بیماری تقریبا ناشناخته ای هست . نمیشه گفت چون ام ار ای قبلیتون پلاک نداشته دیگه احتیاج به ام ار ای نیست . شاید فرداش ام اس گرفته باشید و شاید تا اخر عمر هم ( انشالا ) ام اس نگیرید .
اینها هم به نظر دکترت بستگی داره


ولی یه چیزی که میتونم بگم اینه که از این فکرا فاصله بگیر :
اصولا تو زندگی ، از هر چی میترسیم و مدام بهش فکر میکنیم اخر گرفتارش میشیم
البته این اصل توی موارد مثبت ( حداقل واسه ما ایرانیا ) صدق نمیکنه angel

هر 3 ماه تا 6 ماه یک بار جهت تشخیص
بعد از تشخیص رو دیگه با نظر دکتر یا خدای ناکرده اگر حمله ای جدیدی پیش بیاد که انشا الله واسه هیچ کس رخ نمیده.

به نظر شما MRI سالانه برای تشخیص روند بیماری مفید نیست!؟
آخه دکتر من میگه چون مشکلی ندارم نباید الکی به خودم استرس وارد کنم با MRI جدید!!!
ولی خیلی از دکترها مدام برای مریضشون ام آر آی تجویز میکنند! با اینکه اونها هم مشکلی ندارند

معمولا هر یک سال و یا نهایتا 18 ماه نوشته میشه

دکتر من با اینکه زیاد با MRI موافق نیست ولی هر 18 ماه یک بار می نویسه

مثلا پارسال برج 10 امام حسین MRI دادم همه چی اوکی بود و پلاکی نداشتم

واسه برج 12 امسال برام MRI مقایسه ای نوشته با قبلی

منم دو ماهه زنگ زدم واسه اون موقع وقت گرفتم Smile
