خوب بعضی از علائم مثل همینا که فرمودین ممکنه 100% خوب نشه !
من دو بار حمله به چشم ( حالت تاری دید ) که داشتم دفعه اول 100% بهبود داشت ولی دفعه دوم 3 یا 4 درصد حالت تاری دیدم برطرف نشده.
یعنی الآن اگر چشم راستم رو بگیرم و فقط با چشم چپ نیگاه کنم دنیا رو یک طور خاصی می بینم انگار گوشه طرف چپ چشم یک چیزی جلوشه !!!
ولی با دو تا چشمام نیگاه می کنم مشکلی نداره.

پزشک ها معمولا وقتی تا 60% علائم رفع میشه می گن بیمار خوب شده. احتمالا پزشک شما هم چون اون 60% بهبودی رو دیده به شما گفته خوب شدید.
به هر جهت زیاد بهش فکر نکنید بهتره تا اینکه بخواهید دنبال علتش و اصلش برید خودتون اذیت میشید icon_question

منم جدیدا وقتی سرم رو پایین میارم پای چپم حالت برق گرفتگی داره ( فکر کنم منظوره ام اس اینه که باید دائم سربه هوا باشمlaughing3laughing3 )
وقتی یه مدت چیزی نخورم برقِ پام بیشتر میشه مثل صبح ها که از خواب پا میشم ولی وقتی صبحانه میخورم خیلی کم میشه ، فکر کنم حالت برق گرفتگی پام با خستگی و گرسنگی رابطه مستقیم دارهconfused ( البته فقط در مورد خودم )

منبع اصلی نورآدرنالین ,نورونهای موجوددرمنطقه مغزی "locus coeruleus"iهستندلذاآسیب احتمالی به این ناحیه سطح نورآدرنالین رادربیماران مبتلابه ام اس کاهش میدهدغلاف میلین تخریب میشودعصبهاپیام رادرست به اعضامنتقل نمیکندبنابراین برای یک لحظه اون عضوی که پیام به آن درست منتقل نشده است دچارحالت برق گرفتگی میشود

علامت لرمیت

علامت لرمیت ،لفظی است ، برای بیان یک احساس خاص که توسط برخی عزیزان مبتلا به MS تجربه میشود.

این احساس مانند یک شوک الکتریکی است که متعاقب خم کردن گردن به جلو ، در گردن ایجاد میشود و به سمت پشت و حتی پاها حرکت می کند . این احساس بدلیل تحت کشش قرار گرفتن اعصاب آسیب دیده ایجاد میشود.
هرچند این علامت می تواند در هر مرحله ای از بیماری MS روی دهد ، اما به هیچ وجه اختصاص به این بیماری ندارد و در سایر بیماریهای نخاع گردنی نیز می تواند روی دهد ( از جمله ضربه های وارد به نخاع گردنی )

چند روز پیش من برای اولین بار حالت برق گرفتگی رو سمت راست کمرم احساس می کردم به قدری این حس شدید بود که هی به بقیه می گفتم انگار برق داره از درونم رد میشه...
من اصلا نمی دونستم ممکنه این ربطی به ms داشته باشه!!!

من تویه نخام پلاک ندارم ولی این برق گرفتگی رو گاهی اوقات توی یکی 2تا از انگشتای دستم حس می کنم جوری که نمیتونم انگشتم و صاف کنم
