من الان7ساله ام اس دارم سه ساله حمله ی نداشتم اما هفته ای یه امپوا رو میزنم ام اس شاید خیلی چیزارو ازمم گرفته باشه اما خوشحالم که ام اس سنتر رو بهم داده تا بیکار میشم میام سرکی میکشم ببینم کسی دست از پا که خطا نکرده خوشحالم و راضی به رضای خدای برگم

ام اس با من زندگی میکنه باهاش کنار اومدم اما نمیتونم برم مسافرت یا وقتی جایی میخوام برم استرس قرصا وآمپولمو دارم کسی به جز خونوادم و همسرم از بیناریم نمیدونه اما داره واسم دست وپا گیر میشه مثلا این هفته آجیم میخواس بره مسافرت پیش عمم اما من بخاطرآمپول نتونستم برم اونم ازم ناراحت شد بنظرتون به بقیه فامیل درمورد بیماریم بگم؟منو راهنمایی کنید بچه هاrolleyes

من به همه خانواده ام گفتم حتی فامیل هم می دونند به خاطر همین خیالم راحت هیچ استرسی ندارم و نگران این نیستم که اگر یه جا برنامه ای برای ما ام اسی ها باشه و من هم اونجا باشم یه نفر من رو ببینه و بپرس توو اینجا چیکار می کنی چون می دونند من ام اس دارم بعضی از دوستان چون به خانواده نگفتند در همایش های انجمن شرکت نمی کنند چون می ترسند فامیلشون اونجا باشه و بفهمه این اشتباه ام اس بیماری وحشتناکی نیست که پنهانش کنیم ما باید فرهنگسازی بکنیم و مردم رو در مورد بیماریمون آگاه کنیم یکی از اعضای فامیل من رو دیده بود و وقتی می دید من ورزش و یوگا و شنا میرم تعجب می کرد می گفت مگه یه ام اسی می تونه این کارها رو انجام بده و اطرافیان من دیدشون نسبت به این بیماری عوض شده

من با ام اس درس خوندم . حقوق خوندم هزاران هزار ماده و قانون و تبصره و لایحه خوندم. نمیگم آسون بود خیلی سخت بود تو بدترین شرایط بیماری بودم ولی درس میخوندم. کنار همکلاسیام تو دانشگاه درس میخوندم بدون اینکه بفهمن من مریضم. مثل اونا که سالم بودن تو دانشگاه 20 هم گرفتم.حتی با این بیماری تو پروژه های حقوقی بازدید زندان و کانون اصلاح و تربیت که وحشتناک ترین جرائم توسط اطفال و نوجوونا صورت گرفته بود هم رفتم.اصلا خودمو دست کم نگرفتم چون اعتقادم اینه که خدا بیشتر از گذشته عاشقمه و هوامو داره.... الانم مشبک کار میکنم چرا از بوی چوب لذت نبرم. اصلا خودمو نمیندازم. مثل یه آدم عادی تواناییهامو باور دارم.این حس واقعیه واقعیه منه و اصلا جو و شعار نیست.همه اطرافیان هم بیماری منو میدونن. مگه چمه فقط با یک بیماری بنام ام اس ( عزیز دل) با خدا عشق بازی میکنم.agreement2

من با ام اس زندگی می کنم ولی هیچ نوع بیماری را دوست ندارم دلم میخواد نسلشون از بین بره confused2 هیچ وقت نگفتم بیمارم .اگه کسی بهم ترحم کنه با بگه فلان کار را نکن تو مزیضی عصبانی میشم میگم خودتون مریضین چون بدنم باور کرده مریض نیستم و دارو هم مثل غذا واجبه HuhHuhپس من شادم ومیخوام همه شاد باشن icon_biggrinicon_biggrinicon_biggrin

خوش بحالتون که ام اس تاثیری تو زندگیتون نداشته....منم با ام اس زندگی میکنم.کسی از بیماریم خبر نداره....در ظاهر مشکلی ندارم....اما خیلی تو زندگی و پیشرفتم تاثیر داشته....سردرد.افسردگی.خستگی.بی حالی باعث شده من عقب بمونم....من این جور زندگی رو نمیپسندم!

بیماری خصوصی ترین چیز تو زندگی هر آدمیه
پس بنابراین گفتنش به اطرافیان در صورتی درست وامکان پذیر هست که
شرایط اون فراهم باشه نمی تونیم بگیم همه اقشار و همه فرهنگ ها ظرفیت
پذیرش و کنار اومدن با ام اس رو دارن روابط هم خوشبختانه یا متاسفانه مثل قدیم
نیست حداقل برای خودم اینطور بوده به راحتی و بدون دردسر پنهانش کردم
برای من ام اس یه رازه ...

رفتار انسان های گوناگون هست

بعضی ها دلگرم کننده ، برخی ها آزار دهنده ، تعدادی دردسر ساز و ...

اگه بیماری گفته بشه، چه فایده ای داره؟ اگه گفته نشه، چی از دست داده میشه؟

اگه بدانند و بعد نگاه های ترحم کننده و ...

اگه بدانند و باز هم فشارهای روانی و تنش و ...

اگه بدانند و در مسیر فعالیت های اجتماعی یاری ات نکنند

و هزاران اگه دیگه ....

حالا بیایی و بیماری رو برای دیگران از جمله همان هایی که ... مطرح نکنی

اما خودت رو از درون بسازی و سعی کنی در مقابل مشکلات از درون مقاوم باشی

و بهترین عکس العمل برای پشت سر گذاشتن حاشیه ها انتخاب کنی، بهتر نیست؟
