سلام
پلاسمافرز درمانیه برا خیلی مریضیا
پلاسمافرزو زمانی انجام میدن که دیگه رو درمانای بیماری خودت جواب نمیدی
پلاسما فرز با تعویض پلاسما بدنو آماده ی پذیرش داروهایی میکنه که بهش جواب نمیدادی
علاعم بیماریتم در حال حاضر باهاش دست و پنجه نرم میکنی هست به نظرم به خیلیا جواب داده
نمونش خودمن چشام با پلاسما فرز برگشت

توی بدن همه ی ما آنتی بادی وجود داره که به آنتی ژن ها واکنش نشون می دن
برای پاسخ علیه آنتی ژن ها، آنتی بادی ها لازم هستند ولی کافی نیستند
پس در کنار اون آنتی بادی ها ، مواد و اجزایی داریم توی خون به نام " کمپلمان "
وقتی که انتی بادی به آنتی ژن برخورد می کنه کمپلکسی تشکیل می شه به نام " ایمیون کمپلکس " که باعث می شه کمپلمان ها فعال بشن ...
تشکیل بیش از حد این کمپلکس ها(یعنی همون کمپلکس آنتی ژن آنتی بادی ) و فعال شدن بیش از حد این کمپلمان ها ( آنچه که در بعضی از بیماری های خود ایمنی دیده می شه ) عوارضی رو ایجاد می کنه (مخصوصا عوارض چشمی )

حالا توی بعضی از بیماری های اتو ایمیون ( مثل ام اس ویا میاستنی گراویس و... )میان خون بیمار رو می گیرن بعد سانتریفیوژ می کنن در نتیجه پلاسمای خون رو از اون ایمیون کمپلکس ها پاک سازی می کنن
البته باید توجه داشت که همراه اون کمپلکس ها ، مقداری از مواد مفید خون از جمله بعضی پروتئین ها هم از خون جدا می شن ....

سلام .عزیز جیگر داشته باش ترس نداره.میری انجامش می دی درد داشته باشه یا نداشته باشه بهتر خودت تجربه کنی هیچی تو این دنیا به تجربه ی خود ادم نمی ارزه.اره من پلاسمافریز کردم البته حالم خیلی وخیم بود تو خواب و بیداری بودم فقط لرزش و فهمیدم.درد که میاد ادم چاره ای جز قبول نداره پس اگه دکترت می گه باس به حرفش بگی چشم الان به من همه چی گفتن اخرش هم گفتم مرد نباید از درد و مرگ بترسه همه چی و قبول کردم ترس برادر مرگه پس نترس.تو بیمارستان یه پرستار واسه انژوکت 7 جامو سوراخ کرد می خندیدم می گه چرا می خندی می گم چارم چیه حالا به دست شما افتادم دیگه. به قول اکبر عبدی اونقدر خوردم تو رینگ بوکس که یارو از رو رفت.اطلاعات علمی ندادم فقط خواستم روحیه بدم اخه علم ناقص به درد نمی خوره چون من راجع به خودم اونقدر تحقیق کردم که اخرش به نمی دانم رسیدم.عزت زیاد

سلام. مایع نخاع کشیدم نه یکبار سه بار چشمتتان روز بد نبیند که بار اول وحشت ناک بود.بار دوم بیهوش بودم نفهمیدم.بارسوم کاملا هوشیار بودم.درد دارد اما اصولی دارد که اگر رعایت کنی کمتر درد دارد.من بار اول چون هوشیاریم کم بود و دیگران نگهم داشته بودند تا مدت ها کمر درد داشتم .اما بار دوم خدا پدر یه پرستار را بیامرزد راهنماییم کرد .وقتی که می نشینی و امپول را به نخاع وارد می کنند لیدوکائین می زنند و درد کم می شود سپس که قراره زانو هاتو بغل بگیری سعی کن تا می توانی زانوهارا به شکم بکشی و سررا بدهی تو این عمل باعث فاصله گرفتن مهره ها می شود و عمل ال پی راحت تر انجام می گیرد من طوری زانوهامو بغل کرده بودم که صدتا مرد هم بیاد نمی تونهست باز کنه.بعدش باید 24 ساعت از تخت بلند نشوی بعد ان هم یک ماهی از کمر درد می گیرد مثل اینکه رگ به رگ میشود و باید قولونجش را بشکنی.بعد ها هم اگر زیاد به حالت خم وایستی از کمر درد میگیرد.ولی در کل مثل درد امپول است کمی بیشتر من که خودم میترسیدم.ولی چاره ای نیست انقدرهاهم ترس ندارد.
پلاسما فریز هم دو رگ می گیرند از بدن ادم شبیه دیالیز از یکی خون میرود پلاسما جدا میشود و پلاسمای جدید که همان البومین و ...است وارد میشود و ادم احساس تب و لرز شدید می کند که برای من کیسه ی اب گرم روی شکم قرار می دادند البته حال من کمی وخیم که چه عرض کنم روبه موت بود.ولی ان هم قابل تحمل بود تجربه کردی از تجربت برام بنویس ولی هیچ وقت نترس خدا هوامونو دارهangelو توکل به خدا قدرتتو زیاد میکنه
