یک متخصص مغز و اعصاب با بیان این‌که هیچ ممنوعیتی برای فرزندآوری بیماران مبتلا به MS وجود ندارد، گفت: حاملگی، زایمان و میزان بروز عوارض در نوزاد خانم مبتلا به ام‌اس (MS) هیچ تفاوتی با افراد طبیعی ندارد.
 به گزارش ایسنا، دکتر مهناز طالبی در همایش ام اس با اشاره به تاثیر بارداری در زنان مبتلا به بیماری ام اس، اظهار کرد: یکی از چالش های دوران بارداری در زنان مبتلا به ام اس احتمال ابتلای فرزندان نیز به این بیماری است؛ در صورتی که یکی از والدین به این بیماری مبتلا باشد حدود ۲.۵ درصد و در شرایطی که هم پدر و هم مادر دچار این بیماری باشند، ۳۰ درصد احتمال ابتلای کودک به بیماری ام اس به کودکان وجود دارد.
وی با بیان اینکه حاملگی در زنان مبتلا به بیماری ام اس با سیر بهتر بیماری در آینده مرتبط است،  ادامه داد: بارداری در زنان مبتلا به ام اس، نه تنها هیچ خطری را ایجاد نمی کند؛ بلکه از سویی نیز از حملات، محافظت کرده و گاهی هم دیده شده که ورود نوزاد به زندگی مادر موجب فروکش یافتن بیماری ام اس شده است.
 وی گفت: در زمان بارداری هیچ نوع دارویی به مادر مبتلا به ام اس، توصیه نمی شود ولی در صورت عود بیماری بهتر است تحت پزشک به مصرف دارو بپردازد.  
این متخصص مغز و اعصاب عنوان کرد: کسی که دارو های اینترفرون را مصرف می کند بهتر است یک یا دو ماه قبل از بارداری قطع کند ولی اگر کسی در زمان بارداری نیز این دارو ها را مصرف کند هیچ خطری برای مادر باردار ندارد. همچنین اگر کسی داروی فینگولید را مصرف می کند باید دو ماه قبل از بارداری این دارو را قطع کند، چراکه این دارو حدود دو ماهه طول می کشد تا از بدن دفع شود.
وی ادامه داد: اگر بیماری در زمان مصرف دارو، باردار شود نیازی به سقط نیست و می تواند  بعد از متوجه شدن بارداری دارو را قطع کند.
وی متذکر شد: اگر مادر مبتلا به ام اس، در دوران شیردهی بیماری اش عود کند و نیازی به تجویز کورتون باشد؛ بهتر است چهار ساعت بعد از تجویز کورتون شیر دهد.
طالبی با بیان اینکه ام ار آی معمولی برای جنین ضرر ندارد، گفت: ام ار ای با تزریق ضرر دارد مگر این‌که مجبور شویم به علت شدت بیماری مادر این کار را انجام دهیم، تحت کنترل پزشک متخصص این کار انجام می گیرد. همچنین در موقع شیردهی ام ار ای هیچ ضرری برای کودک ندارد و در صورتی که می خواهند احتیاط کنند بهتر است ۲۴ بعد شیر دهد.
این متخصص مغز و اعصاب با بیان این‌که نوع زایمان برای زنان مبتلا به بیماری ام اس هیچ تفاوتی با افراد عادی ندارد، تصریح کرد: زایمان سزارین مواقعی توصیه می شود که عضلات مادر ضعیف بوده و قادر به تحمل درد زایمان طبیعی نباشد.
سازمان جهانی دارو و غذا مجوز مصرف دارو به مادران مبتلا به بیماری ام اس را در دوران شیردهی نمی دهد، عنوان کرد: اگر پزشکی احتمال دهد که بدون مصرف دارو بیماری مادر عود می کند، در این صورت مصرف دارو باید تحت نظر پزشک انجام شود.

سلام دوستان یه سوال داشتم آیا کسی بوده که دردوران بارداری سینومر تزریق کرده باشه؟ برای بچه بی خطره؟

من قبل از بارداری سینومر استفاده میکردم و ۹ ماه قبل از بارداری قطع کردم ولی پزشکم میگفت سینومر جزو دارو های ام اس کم خطر در بارداری اما بی خطر مطلق نیست
