من قبل از تشخیص بیماریم سردرد داشتم

لحظه ای بود ولی خیلی شدید و دردناک ، معمولا هم پشت سرم بود

بعد از تشخیص بیماریم و شروع درمان دیگه خیلی به ندرت پیش میومد که اونجوری بشم

البته پارسال بعد از تزریق کورتون تا چندروز سردرد شدید داشتم که بعدا خوبه خوب شد

منم سردرد شدید میگیرم دیگه هیچ قرصی اثر نمیکنه استامینوفن500 و بوفن 400که هیچ
همیشه دوتاژلوفن قوی شاید ارومم کنه جرا؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟یعنی چه باید کرد؟

منم سر درد شدید خیلی زیاد داشتم .
یه روش بسیار مناسب برای تسکین این درد اینه که از یک نفر بخواهید پیشانی شما را ماساژ دهد البته بروشی خاص !!
یعنی انگشتانش را بصورت افقی از هر دو طرف با دو دستش روی پیشانی شما بزاره و به سمت گوش ها بکشه تا پیشانی گرم بشه!!! اگه از یه روغن هندی بنام تمریخ همراه اسانس نعنا استفاده کنید که معجزه میکنه !!!(( کمی روغن را با چند قطره اسانس نعنا مخلوط کنید و به پیشانی مالیده و ماساژ دهید))
راستی این روغن و اسانس را یه متخصص طب گیاهی به من پیشنهاد کرد برای سینوزیتم و گفت ده روز استفاده کن !!! روی من بسیار موثر بوده شمام میتونید از یه متخصص گیاه پزشک سوال کنید !!!

اگه روغنی که ذکر شد پیدا نشد از روغن زیتون یا بادام تلخ هم میتوان برای ماساژ استفاده کرد.Smile
