فک کنم خوب توضیح ندادم
یه مقدار تاثیر کرده و تو همین یه مقدار ثابت مونده ، دقت کن ثابت مونده یعنی عقب نرفته یا به حالت قبل برنگشته.....
ولی دکترم و اونهایی که تجربه بیشتری دارن میگن که بعد از یه مدت روند بهبود دوباره شروع میشه....agreement2

دکتر آخرین دارویی که بهم تجویز کرده همین داروی ampyra بوده تو سایت داشتم دربارش جستجو میکردم نامه 2 سال قبل شما رو دیدم حالا میخواستم ازتون در مورد این دارو سوال کنم آیا استفاده کردی ومفید بوده ممنون میشم منو راهنمایی کنیicon_question

این دارو به راه رفتن افراد کمک می کند اما متاسفانه در ایران نیست و نمی دانم چه طور و به چه قیمت میتونیم تهیه کنیم

داروی مصرفی من در حال حاضر به مدت سه ماه ( دوره ) است فامپیرا ست . در ایران قابل تهیه است و جدیدترین قیمت آن دونه ای 67000 تومان ( خرید اسفند 91 ) ولی در کشور امارات متحده دونه ای 53000 تومان به پول رایج ماست . محل تهیه در تهران خیابان ملاصدرا ، روبروی درب بیمارستان بقیه ا... ، بالای داروخانه اسلامی .

آمپیرا چیست؟
آمپیرا (dalfampridine) یک بلوکر کانال پتاسیم است. که برای بهبود راه رفتن در بیماران ام.اس استفاده می‌شود. dalfampridine در کارآزمایی‌های بالینی یک افزایش سرعت در راه رفتن نشان داده است. هرچند نحوه عملکردش مشخص نیست، به نظر می‌رسد عملکرد اعصاب را افزایش می‌دهد.
آمپیرا همچنین ممکن است برای مقاصد دیگری که در راهنمای دارو ذکر نشده است مصرف شود.

اطلاعات مهم در مورد آمپیرا
چنانچه به dalfampridine حساسیت دارید، نباید آمپیرا مصرف کنید، و یا اگر به طور معمول ناراحتی شدید کلیوی دارید، یا تا کنون سابقه تشنج داشته‌اید و یا اگر از گروه داروهای ام.اس موسوم به Fampridine مصرف می‌کنید.
اگر شما مبتلا به بیماری کلیوی خفیف بودید، به تنظیم دوز و یا تست‌های ویژه نیاز پیدا کنید.
در یک دوره‌ی 24 ساعته، هرگز بیش از دو قرص آمپیرا نگیرید. قرصی را که شکسته است یا خرد شده است را هرگز مصرف نکنید. قرص شکسته می‌تواند در یک آن، بیشترین حد دارو را آزاد کند. که می‌تواند خطر بروز تشنج را افزایش دهد. اگر تشنج داشتید یا درد یا سوزش هنگام ادرار کردن حس کردید یا مشکلات تعادلی داشتید، بی‌حسی یا سوزن‌سوزن شدن یا عود علایم ام.اس داشتید مصرف آمپیرا متوقف کنید و با پزشکتان تماس بگیرید.

پیش از گرفتن آمپیرا

شما نباید از آمپیرا استفاده کنید اگر به dalfampridine حساسیت دارید یا:
• بیماری شدید کلیوی معمولی دارید.
• اگر تاکنون تشنجی داشته‌اید، یا
• اگر شما همچنین از دیگر داروهای ام.اس موسوم به Fampridine (4-aminopyridine) مصرف می‌کنید.

اگر شما بیماری کلیوی خفیف دارید، ممکن است به تنظیم دوز آمپیرا یا انجام تست‌هایی خاص نیاز پیدا کنید.
مقوله‌ی حاملگی FDA (سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا): C اینکه آمپیر موجب آسیب یا سقط جنین می‌شود ناشناخته است. اگر حامله‌اید یا تصمیم به حاملگی دارید برای مصرف آمپیرا به پزشک خود اطلاع دهید. اینکه dalfampridine به شیر مادر وارد می‌شود یا به نوزاد شیرخوار آسیب برساند نیز ناشناخته است. نباید زمانی که آمپیرا مصرف می‌کنید به نوزادتان شیر بدهید. هرگز به افراد زیر 18 سال بدون تجویز پزشک توصیه نکنید.

چگونه آمپیرا مصرف کنم؟
آمپیرا را دقیقاً همانطور که پزشکتان تجویز می‌کند بگیرید. هرگز به مقادیر زیاد یا کمتر یا برای زمانی طولانی‌تر از توصیه پزشک مصرف نکنید. دستورالعمل روی نسخه‌تان را تعقیب کنید.
آمپیرا معمولاً هر 12 ساعت یکبار مصرف می‌شود. (به دستورالعمل پزشک توجه کنید)
هرگز بیش از دو قرص در دوره‌ی 24 ساعته مصرف نکنید.
آمپیرا را می‌توان همراه یا بدون غذا مصرف کرد.
هرگز خُردش نکنید، نجوید و یا قرصی که با افزایش سطح آزادسازی‌اش افزایش می‌یابد را نشکنید. به طور کامل ببلعید. هرگز در مایع حل نکنید. شکستن یا حل کردن قرص ممکن است موجب آزاد شدن بیش از حد دارو در آنِ واحد گردد. قرص آمپیرایی را که تصادفاً خرد شده یا شکسته است را مصرف نکنید. می‌تواند خطر بروز تشنج را افزایش دهد.
آمپیرا را در دمای اتاق و دور از رطوبت و حرارت نگاهدارید.
هر دارویی که بر اساس تاریخ انقضای روی برچسب دارو، تاریخ گذشته شده است را دور بریزید.

اگر دوزی را فراموش کنم چه اتفاقی می‌افتد؟
به محض یادآوری دوز فراموش شده را مصرف کنید. اگر به زمانِ مصرف دوز بعدی چیزی نمانده است، از دوز فراموش شده بگذرید. برای درست کردن دوز فراموش شده، آمپیرای اضافی مصرف نکنید.

اگر دوز اضافی مصرف کنم، چه روی می‌دهد؟
در پی مراقبت‌های اورژانس پزشکی بروید یا با خط کمک سموم تماس بگیرید.
مصرف بیش از حد آمپیرا می‌تواند موجب گیجی، مشکلات تفکری یا حافظه، رعشه، تعرق، یا تشنج گردد.

در حالی‌که آمپیرا مصرف می‌کنم از چه باید اجتناب کنم؟
دستورالعمل پزشک خود را در مورد هرگونه محدودیت اعمال شده بر روی موادغذایی، نوشیدنی و یا فعالیت اجرا کنید.

عوارض جانبی آمپیرا
اگر هر یک از این علایم واکنش حساسیتی را دیدید از فوریت‌های پزشکی کمک بگیرید: کهیر، اشکالات تنفسی، ورم صورت، لب‌ها، زبان، یا گلو.
به محض اینکه متوجه شدید یکی از علایم زیر را دارید مصرف دارو را قطع کرده با پزشک خود تماس بگیرید:

• تشنج
• درد یا سوزش موقع ادرار کردن
• مشکلات تعادلی
• بی‌حسی، درد سوزنده، یا احساس سوزن‌سوزن
• عود یا بدتر شدن علایم ام.اس

سایر عوارش جانبی آمپیرا می‌تواند شامل
• سردرد، سرگیجه
• مشکلات خواب (بی‌خوابی)
• تهوع، یبوست، ناراحتی معده
• خستگی
• درد پشت
• گرفتگی بینی، درد سینوس، گلودرد، یا
• خارش خفیف پوست باشد.

این لیست عوارض جانبی کامل نیست، و عوارض دیگری نیز ممکن است رخ دهد. در خصوص گرفتن دستورات پزشکی برای عوارض جانبی خود به پزشکِ خود تلفن کنید. و عوارض جانبی خود را به FDA گزارش دهید.

تداخلات دارویی آمپیرا؟
ممکن است میان آمپیرا و داروهای دیگر تعاملی بوجود آید. در خصوص داروهایی که مصرف می‌کنید به پزشکتان بگویید. که می‌تواند داروهای تجویزی، داروهای پیشخوان [داروهایی که بدون نسخه پزشک فروخته می‌شوند.]، ویتامین و یا محصولات گیاهی را در بر بگیرد. بدون اطلاع پزشک‌تان داروی جدیدی را شروع نکنید.
