کسی از بهاره خانم خبر نداره؟
مشتاقم حال ایشون رو قبل از این رژیم و بعدش بدونم

یکی از دوستام از تهران بهم گفت که مدتیه داره این رو رعایت میکنه و برای ام اس هم هست. سرچ کردم به اینجا رسیدم

یکی مثل خانم شفایافته از رژیم جمشید خدادادی میگه گوشت شتر، و این رژیم میگه خام گیاه خواری

به دوستم گفتم من اصلا نمیتونم حاضری بخورم و حتما باید در غذام گوشت باشه گفت اولش سخته و کم کم عادت میکنی

گیاهخواری روش کامل و صحیحی نیست. چون سیستم بدن انسان طوریه که خیلی از عملکردها نیاز به مصرف گوشت حالا از هر نوعی به جای خودش داره.گیاه ارزش غذایی خیلی کمی نسبت به گوشت داره و نمیتونه جای گوشت و لبنیات رو بگیره پس گیاهخواری یعنی صدمه زدن به بدن انسان. و اولش حس خوبیه بعد ضعف اون نشون داده میشه

نمیخوام خام گیالهخواری رو تکذیب کنم
ولی همسایه ای داشتیم دوتا داداش دو قلو بودن
تشخیصشون از هم واقعاً سخت بود
همه کارهاشون هم باهم بود دانشگاه کسب و کار و ...
دوتاشون یهو تصمیم به خام گیاهخواری گرفتن
یکیشون پشیمون شد و ادامه نداد
بعد از مدتی خام گیاهخواره که خیلی هم راضی بود متاسفانه چهره ای پیر و شکسته پیدا کرداما اون یکی خیلی سرحال و قبراق مونده
تا جائی رسید که کسی باورش نمیشد اینا باهم نسبت داشته باشن
چه برسه به این که دو قلو باشن


البته یه نفر هم مثل پروفسور بسکی میشه .
اون هم شاهدی هست برای خام گیاه خواری

دانشمندان دریافته اند رژیم غذایی گیاهخواری موجب تضعیف تدریجی استخوان های افراد گیاه خوار می شود.
به گزارش تایم او ایندیا، محققان استرالیایی و ویتنامی ارتباط بین تراکم استخوان و رژیم غذایی را روی بیش از دو هزار و هفتصد نفر بررسی کرده و دریافتند تراکم استخوان گیاه خواران پنج درصد کمتر از تراکم استخوان افراد گوشتخوار است.
این پژوهشگران می گویند این مساله در بین گیاه خوارانی که تمامی فراورده های حیوانی را از رژیم غذایی خود حذف می کنند (گیاهخواری محض)، محسوس تر و استخوان های آن ها شش درصد ضعیف تر است.

این در حالی است که تفاوت چندانی در تراکم استخوان افراد گوشتخوار و افرادی که در کنار گیاه خواری از محصولاتی مانند تخم مرغ و لبنیات نیز استفاده می کنند، مشاهده نمی شود.



نتایج این تحقیقات حاکی از آن است که رژیم غذایی گیاهی به ویژه گیاهخواری محض، با کاهش مواد معدنی در استخوان ها مرتبط است.

من مبتلا به ام اس‌ هستم و ساکن ایران نیستم. می‌خواستم مثل شما خام گیاه خاری رو شروع کنم. ممنون میشم به من بگید تا بحال چه نتیجهای از این نوع تغذیه گرفتید.

سلام دوستان
طبق مطالعات و تحقیقات من هم در این زمینه ، در رژیم گیاهخواری ویتامینها و پروتئین های مورد نیاز بدن تامین نمیشود .
مخصوصا ویتامین B12که رژیم گیاهخواری باعث کاهش این ویتامین و در طولانی مدت باعث تخلیه کامل ویتامین B12بدن میشود .
مگر اینکه در کنار مصرف سبزیجات لبنیات کم چرب و تخم مرغ را نیز بگنجانیم .
