تنها راه اینکه دور نافت درد نگیره اینه که از این به بعد توی نافت تزریق نکنی . آخه برادر من جای دردناکتر از ناف پیدا نکردی توش تزریق کنی . البته اگه دوست داری درد بکشی توی تخم چشم هم بد نیست .

كاجي يه بار يه پست مفصل در اين باره گذاشت
دقيقا نميدونم تويه كدوم تاپيك بود
تفاوت عمده در زاويه سوزن نسبت به پوست
يكي رو بايد با زاويه ي 45 درجه تزريق كرد ، يكي رو 90 درجه

بچه هامنcinoexاستفاده میکنم که تزریقش عضلانیه مکان تزریق روهرهفته تغییرمیدم(چرخشی»توباسن وقسمت بالای ران)ومشکلی ندارم جاشم دردناک نمیشه
بعدازتزریق عضلانی 2-3دقیقه پاهاتون روبی حرکت نگه دارید ومحل تزریق روهم فشارندید

خب راست میگین تزریقهای زیر پوستی به کرار دیگه دردناکتر میشه و نگروز میده ولی خب باید سوزن رو بعد از تزریق چند ثانتیه نگه دارن بعد خارج کنین و یخ بذارین روش و باید جای نرم تزریق کنین تا دردناک نباشه

برای عضلانی هم که مشکلی نیست من اوونکس میزنم ولی چون خودم تزریق میکنم خوب نمیتونم چرخشی بزنم ولی خب سعی میکنم تغییر بدم و تا حالا مشکلی پیش نیومده شکر خدا

یه چیزی که تجربه کردم:میذارم دمای دارو با دمای بدنم یکی بشه.موقع زدن هم دستم اصلا نمیلرزه.جایی هم که میزنم فشاری روش نمیارم مثلا اگه تو پام میزنم اصلا پاهام رو خم نگه نمیدارم.امتحان کنید شاید من اینطوریم شایدم نه
