ممنون چون خیلی دوست داشتم همچین بحثی بین دوستان مطرح بشه به عنوان اولین فردی که نظر میدم و بارها دیدم و درباره اش هم خوندم بگم این کاملا درسته تو چیزهای کوچیک تمرکز و امتحان کنید تا هم باورتون بشه هم به تمرکز برروی هدفهای بزرگتر اماده تر بشید البته بعضی هاشون زمان میبرنداما درنهایت همون میشه که تو ذهنمون پروراندیم...از همین امروز شروع کنیدبه یاد داشته باشید که دنیای بیرون و زمانی میتونیم تغییر بدیم که اول دنیای درونمون و تغییر داده باشیم ذهنمون و خونه تکونی کنیم و ارزوهامون و جهت بدیم همه چیزهای خوب و بد اون بیرون منتظر ماست این ماییم که راه و بهشون نشون میدیم تا به سمت ما بیان پس بهترین ها رو صدا بزنیم یادمون باشه فکرهای توی ذهن ما مثل یک فانوس دریایی تو دل شب هستش این خودمونیم که اتفاقات اینده رو تعیین میکنیم.با ارزوی موفقیتicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_questionicon_question

خيلي راحت و ساده مي شه از اين قانون استفاده كرد. مستند راز مي گه از روان ناخودآگاهتون استفاده كنيد چون بر روان خودآگاه غالبه. ناخودآگاه فرمان مي ده و خودآگاه فرمان مي پذيره.
آرمسترانگ خيلي راحت از اين قانون تو درمان بيماري ش استفاده كرده و تونسته سرطان رو شكست بده.
تصوير سازي ذهني كه لانس آرمسترانگ ازش به راحتي استفاده مي كرد.

برای این که بتوانم این وضعیت را تحمل کنم، پیش خودم مجسم کردم که اینها تکه های تومور هستند که از بدنم خارج می شوند. این طور تصور می کردم که داروهای شیمی درمانی روی انها اثر کرده، آنها را سوزانده و از بدنم خارج می کند. وقتی به دستشویی می رفتم، سوزش ادرارم را تحمل می کردم و به خودم می گفتم اینها سلول های مرده ی سرطانی هستند که دارند از بدنم دفع می شوند. بالاخره آنها باید از یک جایی، خارج می شدند؟ من آنها را از راه سرفه و ادرار، از بدنم دفع می کردم.

همين مي شه مستند راز و باور مثبت. هر كس يه جور از اين قانون استفاده مي كنه بر طبق مشكلاتش ولي كار سخت و شاقي نيست. بايد قاطي زندگي روزمره بشه.
راستي ما تو دين خودمون، آيات قرآن به اين قانون اشاره شده خيلي بهتر و كامل تر از مستند راز.
