افزایش ارتباط بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان و اسپاسم عضلانی
پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که موارد ارتباط بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان و بروز اسپاسم عضلانی در سالهای اخیر افزایش یافته است.
مهدی آزما متخصص طب فیزیکی و توانبخشی در گفتگو با خبرنگار حوزه بهداشت و درمان گروه علمی پزشكی باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان افزود: بسیاری از مردم دچار عارضه‌هایی نظیر رگ به رگ شدن و گرفتگی عضلات بدن می‌شوند و متأسفانه نمی‌دانند که به چه نحوی باید با این عوارض برخورد کنند.
وی گفت: برای رگ به رگ شدن مفاصل برخلاف بسیاری از تصورات هم می‌توان مفصل را گرم‌ کرد و هم روی آن یخ گذاشت.
آزما با بیان اینکه حرارت و گرما عضلات را شل کرده و جریان خون را افزایش می‌دهد، تصریح کرد: استفاده از کمپرس آب گرم تا زمانی که آزار دهنده نباشد، می‌تواند برای مفصل آسیب دیده به کار رود و البته برای این اقدام بهتر است با پزشک نیز مشورت شود.
وی یادآور شد: گذاشتن یخ بر روی عضو رگ به رگ شده نیز درد و تورم را با بی حس کردن منطقه کاهش داده و در واقع به برطرف کردن عارضه رگ به رگ شدن کمک می‌کند.
آزما با اشاره به اینکه درخصوص اسپاسم یا گرفتگی عضلات بدن نیز باید مراقب برخی از علائم و عوارض نیز بود، تأکید کرد: پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که موارد ارتباط بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان و بروز اسپاسم عضلانی در سالهای اخیر افزایش یافته و مشکلات عضلانی و مفصلی زیادی را به وجود آورده است.
وی یادآور شد: اسپاسم‌های عضلانی به خصوص در شرایطی که به طور متناوب و در شرایط خاص تکرار شود، می‌‌تواند نشانه‌ای از بیماری‌های اعصاب و روان باشد.
آزما گفت: هرچند که اسپاسم عضلانی در اغلب مواقع ناشی از علت یا علل خطرناکی نیست، اما در صورتیکه تکرار شود و به صورت مکرر برای خود به وجود آید می‌تواند نشان دهنده مشکلات و خطرات مهم و جدی باشد.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: اسپاسم عضلانی در صورت تکرار و تداوم بروز می‌تواند با فشار بر روی نخاع در ستون فقرات و حتی آسیب‌های مغزی و عصبی نظیر ام اس در ارتباط باشد.

سلام به دوستان
تجربه شخصی خودم درباره برای گرفتگی واسپاسم عضلات
1. دوش با آب ولرم
2. ورزش مداوم پیلاتس بود . اوایل کمی اذیت میشدم اما با گذر زمان و انجام حرکات پیلاتس گرفتگی عضلاتم برطرف شد و واقعا راضی هستم
3. ماساژ با روغن زیتون ولی با فشار کم . همونطور که میدونید بالا رفتن دمای بدن برای دوستانی که ام اس دارن مضر هست شاید اولش خوب باشه ولی با سرد شدن بدن نتایج بدش رو می فهمید . فردی که ماساپز می ده باید حتما تخصص لازم رو داشته باشه و با با ماساز ریلکسیشن بتونه در عین حفظ دمای بدن در دمای پایین درد و گرفتگی رو برطرف کنه.

برای گرفتگی ماهیچه گردن هم بگوئید که چه کنیم؟

البته همه راه هایی که دوست عزیز nasr.z گفتن انجام دادم ولی دقیقا جایی که پلاک گردن دارم گرفته!!!!!

سلام.ببخشین یه سوال دارم .چهارده ساله روویلچرم دوسال پیش به مدت سه روزدست وپاهام کاملا فلج شد بعدسه روز خودبخوددستم خوب شداماپاهام که ازسمت زانوبه پایین غیرارادی به سمت عقب خم میشه طوریکه وقتی که درازمیکشم نمیتونم اوناروصاف کنم دکترم میگه به علت سفتی عضلاته قرص تیرزانیدین 4وباکلوفن 25هم هرهشت ساعت مصرف میکنم یه سالم هست که برنامه های بهبودگردش خون واسپاسم واف ای اس هرکدوم به مدت ده دقیقه به کمک دستگاه للکترودتراپی انجام میدم امافایده نداره ودستتامم کماکان ضعیفترمیشن لطفا راهنماییم کنید.ممنونم

این قضیه ضعف مفرط عضلات مفصل ران- زانو و مچ خیلی شایع هست در بیماران ام اس و میتونم بگم که هر چقدر کمتر از عضلات کار گرفته بشه و فیزیوتراپی کمتر انجام بشه این ناتوانی ادامه خواهد داشت.
مساله دیگه ای که من بر اساس تجربه بدست آوردم اینه که خود بیمار ام اس بدن خودش رو در خیلی جهات بهتر میشناسه و در صورت ورزش مرتب میتونه عضلات خفته رو بیدار کنه. من خودم اینجا یه خانم رو در جریان هستم که چندین ساله روی ویلچر میشینه اما از یک سال پیش با ورزش متداوم تا حدی توانس بهتر شده و میتونه حتی دوچرخه ثابت بزنه.
راستی یک جور ساپورت برای زانو هست که کمک میکنه که زانو عقب نمونه و میتونه کمک کنه.

من امروز ناشتا بودم و رفتم واسه آزمایش که چهار بار خون کشیدن از من.
بعد از دو سه ساعت کل سمت چپم واسه یک دقیقه گرفتگی شدید داشت. حدودا ۶ بار برام اتفاق افتاد امروز. کسی میدونه باید چیکار کنم خوب بشه؟ به خونی که دادم ربط داره یعنی؟؟

من چند ماهی میشه که برای پاهام از قرص باکلوفن استفاده می کنم  قرص خوبی هست

من بهد از استفاده از لیشتر داروهای ضد اسپاس
به این نتیجه رسبدم که ورزش و دمنوش رزماری عسل از همه چی بهتره

چیز خاصی نیست! واکنش بدن هست نسبت به این شرایط (برای بیمار ام اسی پیش میاد) و یکم بهش فشار اومده. بدنتون رو قوی نگه دارید و سعی کنید خون از دست رفته رو جایگزین کنید. البته باز هم میگم که این تجربه من هست.
