من خونه رو ترجیه میدم .تو خونه بستری میشم البته پرستارم اشناست بخاطر همین تابحال دو بار بستری شدم .عوارضشم دهن تلخیو .حالت تهوه خفیف بوده .ولی بعد اون کلی انرژی می گیری یعنی دوپینگ میکنی.agreement2agreement2

منم هفته پیش بیمارستان بستری شدم دهنم تلخه میلم به غذا و شیرینی خیلی زیاده خوابم به هم ریخته صورتم پف کرده پام از زانو به پایین تو یخه

نمک نباید مصرف کرد بعد از پالس تراپی،
پف کردن پوست بدن بعد از پالس بعلت مصرف شوری بیش از حده !!!

منظورتون از اینکه توی خونه دبستری میشید اینکه با انپزیوکد میرید خونه و بعد پرستاری چیزی میاد بالا سرتون ؟ یا خودتون میری پیش دکتر چطوریه من که متوجه نشدم confused

من 5باربستری شدم وپالس گرفتم 4بار5تاپالس در10روزگرفتم بعدازپالس تراپی دردتمام بدن داشتم امابعد4-5روزاحساس سبکی دربدنم کردم یعنی حالم خوب شددرآخرین بارخردادامسال 10تاپالس توی 5روزگرفتم درآخرین بارپالس تراپی یکی ازپرستارهای بیمارستان یک کم بداخلاقی کردسرم منوخیلی تندکردگفت بایدتوی 2ساعت تمام بشودمن گفتم یک کم آهسته ترش کن گفت نه نمیشه.پرستارکه رفت کل بدنم بی حس شدوچشمهای من تارشدهیچی ندیدم همراه من سرم راکم کردیک که گذشت دیدچشمهای من برگشت.خودم هیچی نمیدیم که بخوام سرم روکم کن.پالس تراپی برای کنترل خیلی خوب است اماسرم نبایدخیلی تندبیاید

کاملا خیالت راحت باشه
ایشالا سالم میری و برمیگردی
اونجا خودشون همه کارارو ردیف میکنن
دو سه تا تست ازت میگیرن که بدنت با کرتون ناسازگاری نداشته باشه یه موقه
واسه من ۲روز این تستام طول کشید
روز دوم سرم معمولی قندی نمکی بهم زدن(که من روز آخر فهمیدم فرق میکرده) ترفند جالبی بود!
از روز سوم شرو کردن کرتون
من فقط خوشخواب شده بودم و معدمم یکم اذیت شد(یبوثت و این حرفا)
ساعت ۷ صبح سرمو میزدن ۱۱ برمیداشتن
اصلن استرس نداشته باش فک کن رفتی استراحت چند روز٬ بخور و بخواب
