به نظرم در مورد بیماری خاص بودن ام اس صحبت کنین. یه چیز ديگه ام که هست، قبل عید یه مدت اصلا تایسبری نبود و تزریقش ماهی 1 باره و حداکثر فاصله ی زمانی دو تزریق باید 30 روز باشه و این نبودن دارو بیمارا رو اذیت میکنه

پس مشکلات ما انعکاس داده میشه و فقط امیدواریم مسوولین ترتیب اثر بدن!

با توجه به پست های قبل در این تاپیک، یه خلاصه ای از پست ها رو در زیر آوردم که عمده ترین مشکلات بیماران ام اس هستن.
اگرم نکات دیگه ای به نظر کسی اومد بیاد و بگه تا اضافه کنیم.

چون هفته آینده امکان دیگری فراهم شده که باز مشکلات و مسائل بیماران ام اس به گوش مسوولین مربوطه برسه agreement2

یک جمع بندی از مطالبی که قبلا دوستان اشاره کردن در اینجا قرار میدم:

1- بحث خرج و مخارج بیماری ام اس که واقعا ام اس خرجش زیاده. بیمه ها به درستی پوش نمیدن. مخصوصا داروهای جانبی که تعدادشون کم هم نیس و ام آر آی و آزمایش و نوار عصب و ...........

2- بحث خاص شدن بیماری ام اس. با خاص شدن، خدمات ارائه شده قطعا بیشتر و بهتر میشه

3- طریقه تایید داروها. برخی مجبورن پول رو کامل یا بخشیشو که هزینه زیادی هم هست به داروخانه بدن و بعد با هزار دوندگی برن از بیمه پولو پس بگیرن. خب از همون اول بیمه ها هماهنگ باشن با داروخانه

4- اکثر شهرستانها امکانات برا ام اس و دارو نداره. ، اکثر شهرستانی ها از جمله خودم برا گرفتن سهمیه داروییم مجبوریم هر ماه بریم تا مرکز استان و این خودش کلی هزینه جانبی و استرس و ........... به دنبال داره

5- کمبود دارو. مثلا داروهای خارجی هر چند وقت یکیش نیست میشه. مثل اکتوریف و اکتووکس و اکتوفرون و اخیرا ربیف. خب اگه قراره همه داروها ایرانی توزیع شه پس چرا پزشکا باز خارجی نسخه می کنن. حالا که خارجی نسخه میکنن خب دارو به اندازه وارد کنین که کسی با کمبود مواجه نشه.

6- بحث شغل مناسب و یا گرفتن از کارافتادگی برا برخی بیمارا که در حاله ای از ابهامه همچنان.

7- مراکزی برا خدمات به بیماران ام اس خیلیییییییی کم وجود داره یا اصلا نداره

حميد جان چه خوبه كه چنين جلسه اي خواهيد داشت
يه مشكل خيلي جدي براي افرادي مثل من و خيلي هامون حس منفي و واقعي اينكه تنهايي بايد دنبال انجام اين كارهامون باشيم يا باعث زحمت نزديكان بشيم. در واقع عدم وجود حمايت كافي از جانب نهادهاي مسوول!
همه ميدونيم اين احساس كاملا بجا استرس مياره و تخريب رو بيشتر ميكنه
نميتونم خودم رو وابسته ي مطلق نبينم love28

الان هم دوباره داروهای های مثل ربیف و بتافرون و ... تو داروخانه ها نیست
مسئولین در مورد این مشکل کمبود داروها چه جوابی داشتند ؟؟305320_JC_thinking305320_JC_thinking
این ها که هر قیمتی می گذارند بیماران بدبخت پولش و به هزار جور بدبختی می دند چرا کمبود به وجود می یاد 305320_JC_thinking305320_JC_thinking

سلام حمید خان با آرزوی هرچه سریعتر بیماران بلاخص ام اس های عزیزم
1- داروها به خوبی بعد از این همه تبلیغات در رسانه ها اما متاسفانه بازم مشکل هست در فراهم کردن مثلاً تایسبری
2- توجه بیشتری مخصوصاً در رسانه بشه بهتره
3- یه سری امتیازات داده بشه

خیلی سریع و بدون مقدمه میرم سر اصل مطلب

اوایل هفته آینده قراره یک جلسه با حضور آقای نوبخت (معاون وزیر بهداشت) درباره ام اس برگزار بشه .
موضوع های جلسه به شرح زیر هست :

موانع ومشکلات موجود
وضع فعلی
پیشنهادات برای بهبودی وضع


در صورتی که از تعرفه های توانبخشی (فیزیوتراپی و ... ) آگاه هستید، عنوان کنید

به خاطر اینکه بتونیم تمام مشکلات و نظرات از دید افراد مختلف داشته باشیم و انتقال بدیم، این تاپیک ثبت شده و وقتمون خیلی کمه . چون کلیه صحبت ها باید جمع بندی بشه . فکر کنم نهایت ۲ الی ۳ روز فرصت داشته باشیم تا این تاپیک به نتیجه برسه.

منتظر نظراتتون هستیم .
و به دوستانتون هم خبر بدید چون این جلسه خیلی مهمه انشالا بتونیم موارد مهمی رو اعلام کنیم و ترتیب اثر داده بشه .

ضمن سلام خواهش من اين است كه يارانه دارو چطور بگيريم وبراى خريد دارو استفاده كنيم
