سلام
من دوبار بهم حمله شد و در دوبار کل بدنم سر شد و بعد یک هفته بهتر می شدم. اما الان دوتا دست سر ناوان دارم و یک پای ناتوان. در هر حال من کار می کنم. ولی از حمله اولم که یادم میاد یه اتفاق باعث شد. من نگران پدرم بودم و داشتم سر قضیه ای حرص می خوردم که یهو احساس کردم یه خونی تو مغزم سرد شد. و دیگه برنگشت . فردا صبحش کل بدنم سر شد. اینم بگم که اون موقع رژیم غذایی سخت و سرخودی گرفته بودم . بعد از یکهفته تغذیه کمی بهتر شدم ولی گزگز انگشتام و پاهام همچنان بود.
حمله دومم که یک درجه خفیفتر بود 4 سال بعد در یک تصادف رخ داد. من کنار همسرم بودم و در جاده چالوس تصادف وحشتناکی داشتیم ولی خوب کسی طوریش نشد غیر اینکه من فردا صبح مجددا کل بدنم سر شد.
الان که 5 سال می گذره دوتا دست سر شده دارم و یه پای ناتوان . زندگی برام سخته . همیشه خستم...
از صبح تا شب هم کار می کنم

دوست عزیز با این اوصاف به نظرم به مشاوره برین خیلی تأثیر داره، حداقل این همه استرس نمی گیرینicon_question

استرس واسه مشاوره رفتن هم بهش اضافه میشه هاicon_cry

هورمون..تغذيه..در معرض عفونت مزمن قرار گرفتن..سيگار..امواج پارازيت و الودگي هوا..استرس هاي شديد و قوي كار يا شخصي يا درس..مواد غذايي و دارويي وارداتي..بهداشت عمومي خطرناك شهرها..آلودگي هاي خطرناك خاك و آب

مهمترین عاملش همون اسیدی شدن بدن با استرس و عصبانیت به علاوه خوردن غذاهای سرد (مثل برنج) که موجب یبوست هم میشه هست!confused
کلا عوامل استرس زا رو تا جایی که میشه کم می کنم ... wink2

بددیدن از دیگران
یک اتفاق غیر منتظره
تغییر سبک زندگی انسان
از عوامل بروز و تشدید ام اس می تونه باشه
