من از زمان تشخیص بیماریم angry3 دیگه به مایکروفر در حال کار نزدیک نمیشم و موبایلمو موقع خواب بالا سرم نمیذارم
و موقع خواب توی یه اتاق دیگه شارژش میکنم
از گوشی در حال شارژ فاصله بگیرید !!! Dodgy

من فکر میکنم که حقم بود این بیماری بیاد سراغم چون شرایط زندگیم هیچ وقت نرمال نبوده هیچ وقت هم کسی رو مقصر نکردم اما اینو تو دلم میگم: میشد که این نمیشد...
من فوق العاده زود رنج و حساس بودم و اغلب مشکلاتم رو به کسی نمیگفتم و خودمو آزار میدادم وقتی کسی اذیتم میکرد قدرت مقابله باهاش رو نداشتم و میذاشتم تا اونجایی که میتونه حالمو بگیره (البته الانم یکم اینجوری ام) ولی در کل الان از زندگیم خیلی از قبل راضی ترم icon_biggrin

یه زندگی پر از استرس داشتم
شغل همسرم
دوری از همسرم
وسواس زیاد
همیشه باید همه چی مرتب می بود
غصه همه رو میخوردم و میخورم
بار مشکلات دیگران روبه دوش میکشیدم
و همچنان ادامه داره
یه جورایی آچار فرانسه خانواده بودم

من با کلی تلاش و جستجو درگذشته و مقایسه اون موقع با زمان حال تونستم مقصر اصلی رو پیدا کنم........
کسی که نمیشه نفرینش کرد...کسیکه نمیشه ازش ایرادی گرفت.......شایدم عاقبت اینکار رو نمیدونست....وشایدم میدونست و بازم راهشو ادامه داد.......
دیگه گذشته وبقولن آبی که به جوی رفته رو کسی نمیتونه برگردونه.......منکه گذشتم و امیدوارم راه درست رو تا دیر نشده انتخاب کنه.....
چون شعاع کارهای نامعقول وخودخواهانش الانم میخواد گریبان گیرمون بشه......sad2sad2

خود مراقب نبودن از تغذیه و خواب گرفته الی آخر به عبارتی تعادل نداشتن در امور و کارهای زندگی باعث ام اس هست

به نظر من استرس و ناراحتی توی این بیماری نقش تعیین کننده ای داره

افسردگی...
دلتنگی...
راضی نبودن.....
استرس....
عصبانی....
که همش هم تو ماها هست

نداشتن برنامه ای با اینده ای روشن
استرس
عصبانیت
ناراحتی
غصه خوردنهای بیجا
دل نازکی
احساس پوچی کردن
تلقینهای منفی
طردشدن از اطرافیان مخصوصا بستگان وپدرومادر

دقیقا منم همش حرص میخورم به کسی هم نمی گم.Sad خیلی بده اینجوری. یه تنه کلی کار می کنم . یه عامل دیگم که برای من عجیبه اون دوران اولین حمله من از نظر غذایی خیلی ضعیف بودم.
