سلام.من(به گفته دکترم) معمولا شبا سینوکس میزنم.4 ساعت قبل و بعدش بروفن میخورم ولی هربار ساعت 4 یا 5 صبح بیدار میشمو از بدن دردو لرز وسردرد خوابم نمیبره.خوردن قرصم تاثیر نداره.چون سرکارم میرم اون روز بدترین روز زندگیم میشه.طوری میشه که همه همکارام میفهمن من حالم بده.تا 2 روز بعدشم مدام سرگیجه دارم. احساسم میکنم بدنم به مسکن عادت کرده.خوردن زیاد مسکنم خودش ضرر داره.

منم شبا امپول میزنم و خوب میخوابم تا ساعت 3شب که با بدن درد و تب و لرز و خوابای بد پا میشم و حالت افسردگی میگیرم و یاد ناراحتیام میفتم و گریه میکنم و یه استامینوفن میخورم و یک ساعتی این ور و اونور میشم و میخوابم.تا حالا فکر می کردم فقط من اینطوریم تا اینکه نوشته های شما رو خوندم و ابان ماه قراره به رسیژن برگرده امپولام چون یه پلاک توی گردنم باقی مونده.نمیدونم خوشحال باشم یا ناراحتتتتتتتتتتتتتت؟
راستی یه سوال منم خیلی یهویی عصبی میشم و بعدش میفهمم چه کاری کردمو ناراحت میشم ایا این به سینووکس ربطی داره یا نه؟Undecided

اینطور که پیداست سینووکس فقط با من سر سازگاری دارهicon_cryicon_cryمن صبح آمپول میزنم بعدش پیاده روی میکنم،سرکلاس و.......میرم،نه تب میکنم ونه بدن درد دارم آخرین mri هم که مربوط به تیر ماه بوده میگه همه چی خوبهwink2wink2

یادمه تو تاپیک آوونکس خدابیامرز همش ازش شکایت میکردم

ولی الان 6-7 ماهه سینووکس میزنم خیلی خوبه!evilgrin0039.gif عوارض نداره .بعضی وقتا بهش شک میکنم که توش اینترفرون هست یا نهSmile (16)

دوست عزیز چرا چهار ساعت قبل از تزریق مسکن میخورین؟ نیم ساعت یا 45 دقیقه قبل از تزریق مسکن بخور حالت خوب میشه نیازی هم به مسکن بعد از تزریق نداری

دیشب برای اولین بار بعد از 5 سال که عوارض آنچنانی نداشتم ، تب و لرز رو حس کردم !
نصف استامینوفن 500 رو حدود نیم ساعت قبل از تزریقق و نصف دیگرش رو یه ساعت بعدش خوردم ولی تازه 5 ساعت بعد از تزریق کم کم بدن درد شروع شد ، گفتم شبه خوابم میبره تموم میشه ولی نصف شب از سرما مچاله شده بیدارشدم اونم تو اتاق دربسته و پنجره بسته ! بعد از مدتی که حسابی با لحاف خودمو پوشوندم بعد از مدتی دیدم از گرما تب کردم ! اگه میدونستم مسکن بیشتری میخوردم.
حالا نمیدونم تزریقم بد بوده یا ... شاید به جای عضله در جای دیگه زدم !confused2
لابد بدنم بعد از 5 سال فهمیده سینووکس میزنم !

ربط این قضیه رو منم نمیدونم که چرا یه بار علائم داریم و چندین بار نداریم .
راجع به قرص بگم که اون نصف قرص رو هم میخوای نخور smiling آخه نصف قرص ؟؟؟؟؟
موقعی که بتافرون مصرف میکردم به جز 3-4 تزریق اول و سالی یکی دو بار که همین مشکل شما رو داشتم ، دیگه هیچ عوارضی نداشتم و مسکن مصرف نکردم .
ولی روی سینوکس تقریبا میتونم بگم 5-6 بار مسکن مصرف نکردم که شاید یه بارش بدون عوارض سپری شد .

اگه میخواید مسکن مصرف کنید سلکسیب 200 رو شدیدا توصیه میکنم .

خوب جمعا یه استامینوفن 500 خوردم دیگه ! هفته پیشش فقط نصف قرص خوردم چیزی هم نشد .
سالهای اول که اصلا مسکن نمیخوردم ، شب میزدم و با یه ذره قرص خواب آور میخوابیدم . از اردیبهشت که به جای شب ، روز تزریق میکنم کمی بدن درد و سردرد رو چون روز هست میفهمم.

اختلال خواب من بیشتر کابوس هست و اینکه بخشی از روزم رو هم تحت تاثیر قرار میده. یعنی تا ساعتها بعد از بیدار شدن حالم گرفته است یا همینطور که نشستم، یهو یاد خوابم می افتم و حالم بد میشه!! البته الان با داروهای اعصاب و روان کنترل هستم.
و البته روزهایی که سینووکس تزریق می کنم، باید حتما چند تا استامینوفن بخورم. منتها چند ساعت بعد از تزریق! چند ساعت که گذشت کم کم احساس سردرد و بدن درد می کنم و یک استامینوفن 500 میخورم. گاهی دو، سه ساعت بعدش باز هم احساس بدن درد دارم. دکترم گفته میتونی هر دو ساعت به دوساعت استامینوفن بخوری.
روزهایی که به سه استامینوفن می کشم، خیلی خوب میخوابم. آرووووووووم... درواقع شبهای آمپول زدنم بهتر از بقیه شبها میخوابم!wink2
