سلام دوستان خوبم ، یه دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد روان شناسی بالینی کلیدهایی از ارتقاء زندگی بهتر برای بیماران ام اس تهیه کرد که چند تا بیمار رو جمع کرد وتو یه دوره برامون کلاس دائر کرد:

1 - شوخ طبعی بهترین راه برای جنگیدن با ام اس و کنار آمدن با استرس است و در واقع دارویی قدرتمند است و خندیدن با صدای بلند شما را از ذوب شدن در اشکها و یا گیر افتادن در عصبانیت حفظ می کند.
2 - یادبگیرید که درجواب تقاضای دیگران که وقت و توجه شما را می طلبند نه بگویید.
3 - آهسته باشیــــــد. از اجبار برای پر کردن تمام زمانهای خالیتان دوری کنید. به فکرتان بین کارها استراحت دهید. به مدت 15 تا 30 دقیقه برای بازیابی انرژی فکریتــان استراحت کنید یا چرت بزنید امـــــــــــــــا از خوابیدن طولانی تر در روز خودداری کنید زیرا باعث خواب آلودگی و بداخلاقی شما می شود.
4 - در یک زمان یک کار را انجام دهید و تلفن زدن ، مطالعه ، تمیرینات کار درمانی و ورزش درمانی را همگی می توان در یک روز انجام داد اما بین آنها فاصله کافی بگذارید.
5 - خسته کننده ترین کارها را برای زمانی که بیشترین انرژی را دارید برنامه ریزی کنید.
6 - یک برنامه روزانه نرمش به مدت بسیار کوتاه ترتیب داده و بطور منظم آنرا انجام دهید.
7 - راههایی را برای آرامش و استراحت ذهنتان به منظور جلوگیری و یاکاهش اضطراب و افسردگی پیداکنید.
8 - به یاد داشته باشید تا خوش بگذرانیــــــــد و آن را قسمتی از برنامه روزانه تان کنید.

10 - شبها موقع خواب این تمرین را انجام دهید: خود را به گونی پر از سیب زمینی های ریز و درشت فرض کنید که بر پشت کامیونی در جاده ای حمل می شود، در طول مسیر در گونی باز شده و سیب زمینی ها یکی یکی ازآن به داخل جاده می افتد.تجسم کنید شما که همان گونی هشتید چطور به تدریج سبک تر شـــــــده و از احساسات منفی خشم ، نفرت ، کینه ، حسرت و اندون خلاص می شوید. انجام این کار باعث می شود که بسیار آسوده بخوابید.

راستی من قراره یه تحقیق درست و درمون در مورد اثر گیاهان دارویی روی بیماری ام اس داشته باشم.هرکی پایه ست، بسم الله........
