چون فینگولید به خاطر عوارضی که ممکنه داشته باشه اولین قرص در بیمارستان و تحت نظر استفاده میشه و در صورتی که مشکلی نبود دیگه مرخص میشی و ادامه دادن دارو و ....
که پزشک قطعا راهنمایی میکنه روال استفاده از دارو رو

من الان دوسال و نیمه فینگولیمد استفاده میکنم

بعد هیچ عوارضی از این نظر که ایمنی بدنتون کم شده باشه براتون نداشته؟
چون شنیدم و دیدم که گلبول سفید خون خیلی کم میشه.

گلبولهای من که تا حالا در رنج نرمال بوده
پایین اومده اما نه اونقدری که بخواد برام خطرناک باشه
و در این دوسال و خرده ای آزمایش خونمو مرتب دادم و تا حالا به مشکل حادی برخورد نداشتم
اینم بستگی به بدن افراد داره که دارو برای کی چطور باشه
برخی دوستان رو داشتیم که چون گلبول سفید زیادی اومده بود پایین دوز دارو یا خود دارو رو دکترشون عوض کرده
برا یکی مثل من هم تا حالا دارو بد نبوده

باید کم بشه دیگه
تو ازمایشای من از وقتی شروع کردم همیشه از اون رنج نرمال کمتر بوده
مکانیسم اثر دارو همینه دیگه
گلبولهای سفید باید کم بشه تا در نتیجه واکنشش به مغز و نخاع هم کم بشه

سلام

بعد از دوسال و نیم استفاده از فینگولیمد
اخیرا در صورتم دیدم که چند خال جدید انگاری ایجاد شدن. چهار پنج تا
خال ریز هستنا
شاید یه میلیمتر هم نشن

نگران شدم
امروز رفتم دکتر
گفت ممکنه یه عارضه نادر باشه
گفتش شایدم از زیاد قرار گرفتنت در معرض آفتاب باشه
در هر حال فرستادتم پیش دکتر پوست
فردا نوبت دکتر پوست دارم

تازه کف یکی از دستامم مدتهاس مدام میخاره. یعنی شدیددددد
و به دکترمم که گفتم گفت اینو هم به دکتر پوست بگو

قبلا یکی از بچه ها گفته بود که دکترش خواسته باید قبلش بررسی پوست هم بشین و اگه حین مصرف متوجه خال جدید یا تغییرات پوستی شدین به دکترتون بگید
ولی من دکترم ازم نخواسته بود اینو
تا اینکه الان برام پیش اومدهconfused2

من یکساله دارم فینگولیمد مصرف میکنم و عارضه‌ای نداشتم.
امیدوارم مورد شما هم عارضه دارو نباشه چون فینگولیمد داروی خوبیه.
لطفا جواب دکتر پوست رو بگید که اگر عارضه دارو بود حواسمو به علائم جمع کنم.

تو بروشورش جوشو قرمزی و اگزماست
فک کنم لک های خیلی ریز منظورته
می خواست عارضه بده زودتر می شد
دو سال و نیم گذشته...
به نظر من ربطی به اون نداره

دیروز رفتم متخصص پوست
معاینه م کرد و گفتش این خالهای نقطه ای بر اثر تابش آفتابه و از عوارض داروت نیس
منم خو همش تو آفتابconfused صورتم چند لک هم زده که گفت از همین آفتابه

گفت اگه مثلا خال بزرگ و گوشتی با شکل عجیب و یا زخمی غیرعادی در بدنت مشاهده شد باید پیگیری شه که دلیل چیه

توصیه کرد از پوستم بهتر مراقبت کنم
یک سری پوماد و دارو برا رفع لک و این چیزایی که رو پوستم درست شده دادشBlush

تو آفتابی که شما دارید ضدآفتاب نزنی...
