جواب از"دکتر مهرداد منصوری":
خواب رفتن و بیحس شدن و سِر شدن اندام تحتانی معمولا نشانه اختلال در فعالیت اعصاب این ناحیه بوده و شایعترین علت آن فشار به ریشه های عصبی کمر به علت هرنی دیسک بین مهره ای یا تنگی کانال نخاعی است.

در تنگی کانال نخاعی، به علت رشد استخوان های نابجا و زیادی و یا به علت رشد رباط ها در درون کانال استخوانی ستون مهره، جا و فضا برای نخاع و ریشه های عصبی آن کم میشود. به همین علت این اعصاب در ناحیه کمر تحت فشار قرار میگیرند. در هرنی یا فتق دیسک بین مهره ای هم جابجا شدن دیسک موجب فشار به ریشه های عصبی میشود.

فشار به عصب موجب میشود پیام های عصبی در طول آن حرکت نکنند و در واقع این فشار موجب فلج شدن موقت عصب میگردد. پس وقتی ریشه های عصبی در ناحیه کمر فشرده میشوند پیام های حسی نمیتوانند به خوبی در طول عصب منتقل شوند و در نتیجه فرد حس میکند اندام تحتانی وی خواب رفته و سر شده است.

در هنگام ایستادن و راه رفتن گودی کمر و لوردوز بیشتر میشود و همین امر میتواند موجب فشار بیشتر بر روی ریشه های عصبی شده و احساس خواب رفتگی اندام را تشدید کند. با مدتی نشستن، گودی کمر موقتا رفع شده و فشار از روی اعصاب برداشته میشود.

پزشک ارتوپد در بررسی این بیماران از معاینه و تصویربرداری هایی مانند ام آر آی استفاده میکند. بعد از مشخص شدن نوع بیماری درمان لازم برای بیمار صورت میگیرد. در بسیاری از بیماران میتوان با چند روز استراحت و سپس چند ماه انجام نرمش های طبی برای تقویت عضلات کمر و شکم بر این مشکل غلبه کرد. البته بعضی بیماران هم برای درمان نیاز به عمل جراحی خواهند داشت.

فشار به عصب موجب میشود پیام های عصبی در طول آن حرکت نکنند و در واقع این فشار موجب فلج شدن موقت عصب میگردد. پس وقتی ریشه های عصبی در ناحیه کمر فشرده میشوند پیام های حسی نمیتوانند به خوبی در طول عصب منتقل شوند و در نتیجه فرد حس میکند اندام تحتانی وی خواب رفته و سر شده است.

در هنگام ایستادن و راه رفتن گودی کمر و لوردوز بیشتر میشود و همین امر میتواند موجب فشار بیشتر بر روی ریشه های عصبی شده و احساس خواب رفتگی اندام را تشدید کند. با مدتی نشستن، گودی کمر موقتا رفع شده و فشار از روی اعصاب برداشته میشود.

پزشک ارتوپد در بررسی این بیماران از معاینه و تصویربرداری هایی مانند ام آر آی استفاده میکند. بعد از مشخص شدن نوع بیماری درمان لازم برای بیمار صورت میگیرد. در بسیاری از بیماران میتوان با چند روز استراحت و سپس چند ماه انجام نرمش های طبی برای تقویت عضلات کمر و شکم بر این مشکل غلبه کرد. البته بعضی بیماران هم برای درمان نیاز به عمل جراحی خواهند داشت.

شاید اینم باشه ،‌چون از چند روز قبلش کمر درد شدید داشت !‌

سلام مجدد
امروز ازش سوال کردم گفت تمام آزمایش هایی که انجام داده چیزی رو نشون ندادن ، پزشکان می گن مشکوک به ضایعه نخاعی است .
امروز فردا مشخص می شه چه اتفاقی افتاده .

اعضای سایت هم از یک تا چندین سال هست که ام اس دارن ، اگه قرار بود روی عمر اثر بذاره که الان شما از کی میپرسیدین ؟
اگه توی سایت گشتی بزنید میبینید که نه تنها هیچ بلایی سرکسی نیومده بلکه با کمک داروها و حفظ روحیه و... همه دارن به زندگی و درس و شغل و... میپردازن.
من واقعا فکر کردم شوخی میکنید . یعنی جدی گفتید چقدر زنده ام ؟!

سلام دوست عزیز
قبل از هر چیز توصیه میکنم ام اس در یک نگاه رو مطالعه کنید
من نمیدونم پزشکتون درباره ی بیماریتون چه راهنمایی های کرده ان شما رو
ولی باید اینو بدونید که ام اس اصلا چیز وحشتناک و ترسناکی نیست
هیچ کس توی دنیا تابحال بخاطر ام اس نمرده و آینده ی ام اس به مرگ منجر نمیشه
برای بدست آوردن اطلاعات بیشتر از ام اس ، دارو ها ، درمانهای کنترل کننده ، عوارض و ... میتونید سایت رو مطالعه کنید
اگر سوالبی داشتید و نتونستید جوابش رو پیدا کنید ، از کاربرها بپرسید
یه نکته ی دیگه اینکه لطف کنید و فارسی تایپ کنید
درضمن ، فک میکنم یواش یواش با مطالعه مباحث و مطالب سایت و سر زدن به بحث ها و گفتگوهای عمومی اعضا خودتون متوجه میشید که اغلب بیماران ام اس حال عمومی خوبی دارن و کلا بهمین دلیل کسی توی حجامعه متوجه نمیضشه که بیمار هستن و میتونن خیلی عادی و شاید خیلی بهتر از خیلیا زندگی کنن wink2

نترس دکترم گفت عمر یه ام اسی مثل بقیه افراد عادیه
خیالت تخت عمر طبیعیه ولی انتظار عمر حضرت نوح رو دیگه نداشته باش
ام اس که ترس نداره از من که دخترم یاد بگیرSleepy
فقط اینو بدون در ام اس روحیه بالا حرف اول و آخر رو میزنه

می گن آزمایش های اولیه نشون داده که یه جور ویروس باعث این اختلال شده .
کسی می تونه راهنمایی که دقیقا چه اتفاقی افتاده ؟
این یعنی MS ؟
چون با جستجو در این مورد همش دارم به این کلمه می رسم
