آماس گوش درونی یا پیچال تبسی نوعی اختلال مزمن در گوش درونی است که باعث ایجاد ناراحتی و تورم در گوش درونی می شود ومی تواند مشکلاتی مانند عدم تعادل گیجی، سرگیجه، کاهش شنوایی و سوت کشیدن گوش را سبب شود.

این بیماری اغلب توسط ویروس ایجاد می شود اما عوامل دیگری مانند عفونت ناشی از باکتری، آسیب به سر، استرس شدید و آلرژی در برابر بعضی از داروهامی تواند ایجاد کننده آن باشد. پیچال تبسی ویروسی و باکتریایی می تواند موجب از دست دادن همیشگی شنوایی گردد. این بیماری اغلب به دنبال عفونت در مجرای تنفسی بوجود می آید.

علایم اصلی بیماری:

احساس گیجی
احساس سرگیجه
احساس شناور بودن و تکان خوردن از درون
حساسیت به حرکت و تشدید گیجی با تکان دادن سر
تهوع
کاهش شنوایی
حرکت غیر ارادی چشم
تاری دید
عدم تعادل
سوت کشیدن گوش
خستگی بی رمقی
احساس بیماری
تشویش و استرس
خشکی و دردگردن

به هر حال این مشکل رو باید پزشکان متخصص مغز و اعصاب ی، گوش و حلق و بینی و چشم تشخیص دهند.

من بیشتر توی گوش هام صدای تق تق دارم
انگار یکی توی گوشم داره علائم مورس میزنه!!

ولی فکر نمیکنم به ام اس مربوط باشه!

من بعضی اوقات تو گوشم سوت میکشه و صدا ها رو تیکه تیکه می شنوم و یه حسی مثل وقتی که تو ارتفاع هستی رو تو گوشم احساس می کنم. به دکتر گوش و حلق و بینی مراجعه کردم گفت مشکلی نیست. پزشک خودم هم گفت مشکلی نیست. من هم گیر ندادم. البته بعضی اوقات خیلی آزار دهنده است.

یک سال گذشت و علت بیماری ما معلوم نشد. البته همه علایم بیماریم خوب شده ولی هنوز گوشم صدا میده

ولی صداش بقدری زیاده که عکس العمل نشون میدم

منم 1مدت بود توی گوشم سوت می کشید ... مخصوصا وقتی خسته میشم
و چشمم هم کمی درد داشت ، (چشم چپم که قبلا تار شده بود)
خدا رو شکر بهتر شدم .. به ام اس مربوطه دیگه angry2angry2
