اون کسانی که دکترشون آوونکس رو صلاح میدونه به یه دکتر دیگه هم مراجعه کنن ببینن اونم نظرش همونه؟! اگه نبود باید شک کرد. یا باید بگن که یکی نیست یا اگه نگفتن و بدون آوردن دلیل اصرار بر تجویز آوونکس داشتن ، شاید از طرف اون شرکت خارجی حمایت میشن و دارن به نفع اون شرکت کار میکنن ؟؟!! چون وقتی میگن اثراتش یکیه پس دلیلی نداره خارجی تجویز یا وارد بشه مگر برای کسانی که ایرانی� بهشون نمیسازه .

سارا جون لطفا هر وقت رفتی دکتر بپرس چرا آوونکس ؟ مگه ترکیباتش یکی نیست ؟

سینووکس با آونکس از نظر فرمولاسیون و محتویات دارویی هیچ فرقی با هم نمی کنند و اثرات بالینی اونها هم یکسان است.
در هر دوی آنها که به شکل پودری عرضه می شوند علاوه بر 30 میکروگرم اینترفرون بتا 1a به عنوان ماده اصلی و موثر، مقدار 30 میلی گرم آلبومین سرم انسانی (HSA) و مقدار مشابهی نمکهایی که خاصیت بافری به محلول آماده تزریق می دهند وجود دارد.

این اختلاف نظر ها در مورد تجویز پزشکان، به سلیقه پزشک و یا احیانا منافعی که از تجویز احتمالی یک دارو دارد بر می گردد. وقتی که شرکت بیوژن سازنده داروی آونکس که یک شرکت آمریکایی است سالانه یک میلیارد تومان برای بازاریابی در ایران هزینه می کنند، بخشی از این پول صرف مشوقهایی برای پزشکان می شود.
بعضی از پزشکان نیز هنوز اعتماد به داروی ایرانی ندارند و حاضر نیستند پروسه درمان یک بیمار را با تعویض دارو دچار ابهام کنند.

ناهيد جان يدفعه كه اينجا داروخانه آوونكس نداشت من مجبور شدم يه ماه سينووكس بزنم
وقتي بشه گفتم تاكيد كرد فقط آوونكس.
باور كن منم دليلشو نمي دونم.

اینجا لیستی از عوارض جانبی ژلوفن 400 رو مینویسم:

در صورت بروز هر یک از عوارض زیر با پزشک مشورت کنید:
سر درد شدید، اختلالات پوستی، اختلالات بینایی، تنگی نفس، افسردگی یا تغییرات رفتاری، اختلالات شنوایی، بی حسی یا ضعف در دستها و پاها، احساس خستگی، اختلالات ادراری و افزایش وزن.

در صورت بروز هر یک از عوارض زیر مصرف دارو رو قطع کنید و سریعا پزشک را در جریان بگذارید:
درد و سوزش معده یا شکم، مدفوع قیری رنگ یا خون آلود، احساس درد و فشار در قفسه سینه، تشنج، تب با یا بدون لرز، تهوع، سوزش دل یا سو هاضمه، لکه های قرمز کوچک روی پوست، جراحت، زخم یا لکه های سفید روی لبها یا داخل دهان، خون دماغ بدون علت خاص، خونریزی یا کبودی غیر معمول، استفراغ و بالا آوردن خون.

عوارض خفیف دیگر که نیاز به مراقبت پزشکی ندارد ممکن است با ایبوپروفن پیش بیایند مانند درد خفیف شکم یا معده، گیجی، خوا آلودگی، تهوع و استفراغ ، سو هاضمه و سوزش قلب
این عوارض به تدریج در طی درمان با تطبیق بدن شما با دارو از بین میروند، البته در صورتیکه ادامه یافتند به پزشک اطلاع دهید.

سلام دوستان

همانطور که میدونین آمپول سینووکس ایرانیه و آونکس خارجی! از یکی از آشنایان شنیده بودم که قیمت سینووکس 200.000 تومان هست! این آمپول رو به این قیمت تهیه میکنه (یکی دو ماه قبل از عید 89) بعدا توی اینترنت تو یه وبلاگی خوندم که این آمپول سینووکس رایگان عرضه میشه (با قیمت 400 تومان یعنی 4000 ریال)

رفتم هلال احمر پرسیدم گفتن که سینووکس رایگان هست و آوونکس 400.000 تومان پولش هست!

حالا واقعا قیمت سینووکس چنده؟؟؟! رایگان یعنی بدون پول؟ یا 400 تومان یا 200.000 تومان؟؟؟؟؟؟
آوونکس چنده قیمتش؟؟؟؟

دیگه فکر نکنم چیزه دیگه ای از مریضی ها مونده باشه هاااااااا
