سلام ام اس من از نوع خوش خیم یا خفیفه د ر عرض بیست سال پنج یا شش بار حمله ی داشتم که حمله ی اخر بسیار شدید بود الان مشکلی ندارم

منظورت از "پنج نفر هم نوع عود کننده پیشرونده میگیرن" کدوم نوعه؟
چند درصد به پیشرونده ثانویه تبدیل میشن؟

کاش برای بقیه ی موارد هم میشد همینطوری خلاصه دسته بندی کنی و بنویسی.مثلا داروهای موجود برای هر نوع و اینکه نوع پیشرونده تا کجا پیشرفت میکنه و ممکنه بهتر بشه حال شخص؟

سلام دكتر mri شوهرم رو ديد گفت خفيف ولي اون هر 7-8 ماه يه حمله داره اين سري هم داروي قويتر براش نوشت يعني ميشه تو mri چيزي نشون نده بعد حال آدم همش بدتر بشه؟

استفاده از داروها در پزشکی آن هم در مورد بیماری ام اس یک تاکتیک و هر پزشک بر حسب تجربه خودش برای بیمار و با توجه به وظعیت بالینی بیمار خودش تجویز می کنه
این داروها به نام داروهای ایمونومودولاتور (تعدیل کننده سیستم ایمنی) شناخته می شوند. این داروهاشامل موارد زیر می باشند:
1: اینترفرون بتا-یک-آ (عضلانی) (IM Interferon beta-1a)

2: اینترفرون بتا-یک-آ (زیر جلدی) (SC Interferon beta-1a)

3: اینترفرون بتا-یک-بی (Interferon beta-1b)

4: گلاتیرامراستات (Glatiramer acetate)

5: ناتالی زوماب (Natalizumab)

6: فینگولیمود (Fingolimod)

7: تری فلونوماید (Teriflunomide)
بیشتر 1-2 و 3در گروه های عود کننده و فروکش کننده استفاده می شوند
اگه وظعیت فعالت بیماری تا چند سال ثابت بماند یا پیشرفت کند تغییر به ترتیب به سمت شماره 7 می دهند

به تعداد پلاک ها و اینکه جایگزینی اونا در کدوم قسمت سر باشه .
پلاک های منم توی مغزمه ولی بیشتر از یه لکه ست .
من تا حالا از دکترم نپرسیدم نوع ام اس من خفیفه یا قوی ؟ ولی خودم با توجه به عوارض و علایمی که بوده حس می کنم از نوع خفیفه ولی می خوام این دفعه اگه یادم نره ازش بپرسم ..

تا زمانیکه یک پلاکت تو مغز باشه مشکوک به ام.اس میشه ولی ام.اس نیست . دکتر دارو تجویز میکنه اگه تا 6 ماه پلاکته از بین رفت که هیچی . ولی اگه از بین نرفت اونموقع ام.اس هستش . که در کل اگه به ام.اس تبدیل بشه ام.اس خوش خیم میشه چون تعداد کمه . من که خیلی پلاکت دارم از 5 یا 6 تا بیشتره

هیچ چیزی در پزشکی قطعی نیست . خودتون رو درگیر این نکنید که تا چند سال دیگه چی میشه .
این تحقیقات در همه جای دنیا یک نتیجه یکسان شاید نداشته باشه چون شکل ام اس و سیر بیماری در ایران با کانادا و امریکا شاید فرق داشته باشه.
استفاده از داروهای ام اس میتونه روی این آمار تاثیر بذاره.

بله تا اعلان خیلی تحقیقات و پزوهشها در ام.اس موفقیت آمیز بودن
یه قرص خوراکی / یه سوزن هر دو هفته تا هر یک ماه یک بار با 80 درصد تاثیر که با توجه به این آزمایشات در آمریکا تخمین زدن احتمالا تا سال 2014 داروی قطعی ام.اس کشف خواهد شد happy0065.gif

من 13 ساله ام اس دارم که فقط 2 سال آوونکس می زدم به من نمی ساخت چون هر ماه دچار حمله می شدم سر آخر دکترم آزاتیوپرین تجویز کرد الانم 2 سالی دچار حمله نشدم حالا در مورد من نظر بدبد لطفا؟

با این اوصاف احتمالاً شما ام اس خوش خیم داری

من هم دو سال و نیمه که حمله نداشتم
