خدایی این کارت ام اس خیلی مفیده
من تا چند وقت پیش هر ماه بیمارستان (گلستان - اهواز) بستری میشدم
5 یا 6 روزی میشد روز آخر کارت رو میبردن مدد کاری همش رایگان شد

به نظر من همه جا اینطوریه
وقتی رفتم انجمن کارت رو گرفتم خانم مهرابی اینو بهم گفت
تا 1 سال فکر میکردم کارت سینووکس کارت بیمار ام اس هست

تازه رفتم دندونم رو بکشم دکتره ازم پول نگرفت البته این ربطی به کارت نداشت گفت چون خیلی خوشتیپی مهمون من باشsmiling

کارت من آبی رنگه از اولش هم عین همین کارت ملی پرس شده با عکسم که روشه.
