گیاهان دارویی زیادی وجود دارند که قابلیت کاهش علائم ام اس رو دارند و کلا برای افراد مبتلا به ام اس مفید هستند ، زعفران هم مطمئنا می تونه جزء این دسته باشه ولی به عنوان یه روش درمانی جای تامل داره .

خوندم ما که ام اس گرفتیم طبع سرد داشتیم

من هر روز ناشتا عسل و زنجبیل و دارچین با آب داغ میخورم از امروز زعفران رو هم بهش اضافه میکنم به امید خدا در روند بیماریمون اثر خوبی داشته باشهagreement2
