منم می خوردم و خیلی راضی بودم.
هر کی خواست استفاده کنه قشنگ بشوره و تو یه بشقاب رو پارچه صافش کنه و بذاره خشک شه.

مصرف خوراکی اسپند می تواند موجب مرگ شود
اسپند گیاهی است به صورت بوته در بیابان‌ها و نقاط معتدل و سردسیر می‌روید این گیاه در اطراف زنجان و همدان زیاد دیده می‌شود. دانه این گیاه در خانه ‌سوزانده می‌شود و دود غلیظ آن برای ضدعفونی هوا، دور‌کننده حشرات، خوشبوکننده فضا و به باور برخی حتی خنثی‌کردن چشم‌زخم و… مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.

به گزارش خبرنگار سایت پزشکان بدون مرز ، علاوه بر تمام این موارد، در آسیا از دانه‌های اسپند به عنوان ضدانگل کرم‌کش و کشنده آمیب استفاده می‌کنند.

اسپند در سایر کشورها نیز طرفدار دارد؛ مردم یونان از اسپند به عنوان قاعده‌آور ، کرم‌کش، مسکن و خواب‌آور استفاده می‌کنند.

در گذشته در هند برای سفلیس و در آفریقا نیز برای تب از اسپند استفاده می‌کردند، گرچه مصرف خوراکی این گیاه می‌تواند مسموم‌کننده باشد، اما بعضی از افراد محلی در این کشورها هنوز از آن برای درمان آسم، کولیک، تب، سنگ‌های صفراوی، سکسکه، زردی، مالاریا، دردهای عصبی، پارکینسون، افتادگی‌رحم، روماتیسم و بیماری‌های ادراری ـ تناسلی استفاده می‌کنند.

اسپند برای افراد گرم مزاج مضر است و اگر افرادی که مزاج گرم و خشک دارند، حتی مقادیر کمی از آن را بخورند دچار مشکل خواهند شد.
اگر جوشانده اسپند را صاف‌کرده با عسل و روغن کنجد بنوشید، بشدت حالت تهوع ایجاد می‌کند. این گیاه در افراد گرم مزاج باعث سردرد و حالت تهوع می‌شود.

عوارض جانبی

معمولا از گیاه اسپند بیشتر به عنوان خوشبوکننده هوا استفاده می‌شود و شکل خوراکی آن کمتر مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، چرا که مصرف ناصحیح آن باعث عوارضی چون تشنج، تهوع، سکسکه، ترشح بیش از حد بزاق و تضعیف سیستم اعصاب مرکزی می‌شود.

سمی بودن این گیاه به اندازه‌ای است که حتی حیوانات هم با مصرف آن دچار مسمومیت می‌شوند و مواردی از مرگ و میر حیوانات نیز گزارش شده است.

مطالعات جدید درباره خواص دود دانه‌های اسپند، ثابت‌ می‌کند که این ماده عفونی‌کننده است و در قدیم برای کاهش تاثیر میزان سم ‌گیاه اسپند آن ‌را چند بار در آب ‌خیس می‌کردند.

خواص درمانی:

مردم به اثر ضد عفونی کنندگی اسپند در زمانهای دور پی برده بودند و در اطراف بستر بیمار و جاهای پر ازدحام از آن دود می‌کردند و بدین طریق محیط را ضد عفونی می‌کردند.

نوشیدن جوشانده ریشه اسپند در هر روز صبح ناشتا برای درمان اگزما مفید می‌باشد.

کسانی که به علت ضعف مثانه یا سستی کمر دچار شب ادراری می‌باشند شب‌ها با خوردن مخلوطی از تخم رازیانه و اسپند و صبح‌ها با خوردن یک یا دو عدد تخم مرغ و کمی عسل شب ادراری آن‌ها درمان خواهد شد.

خبرگزاری فارس: رئیس انجمن آسم و آلرژی و ایران گفت: آلاینده‌هایی مانند دود آتش، دود اسپند، بوی غذا در منزل خصوصاً آپارتمان‌هایی که آشپزخانه‌های اوپن دارند می‌تواند باعث بروز آسم در افراد مستعد و تشدید آسم در بیماران مبتلا شده و به حمله آسمی منجر شود.

مصطفی معین در گفت وگو با خبرنگار بهداشت درمان فارس، در خصوص عوامل تشدید کننده بیماری های آسم و آلرژی اظهار داشت: عوامل خطر محیطی جزء مهمترین عوامل گسترش و تشدید علائم آسم و آلرژی‌ها در جامعه است.

وی افزود: از آلودگی‌ هوای شهرهای بزرگی مانند تهران گرفته تا دود سیگار و سایر آلاینده‌هایی مانند دود آتش، دود اسپند، بوی غذا در منزل خصوصاً آپارتمان‌هایی که آشپزخانه‌های اوپن دارند همه این‌ها می‌توان به تشدید آسم و حمله آسم منجر شود. نباید اسپند را در منزل دود کرد.

رئیس انجمن آسم و آلرژی و ایران تصریح کرد: در خانه‌ای که یکی از افراد آن به آسم یا آلرژی مبتلا هستند دود کردن اسپند توصیه نمی‌شود. بنابراین خانواده‌ها باید روی این مسائل و مسائلی که جنبه سنتی دارد یا مبنای علمی ندارد، به هیچ وجه در ارتباط با بیماران خود این توصیه‌ها را فراموش نکنند.

وی تأکید کرد: اگر زمینه بیماری آسم یا آلرژی‌زا در فرد باشد با دود کردن اسپند حال او را به شدت بدتر می‌شود؛ به طور کلی باید گفت اگر قرار باشد با دود اسپند چشم زخم‌ها خنثی شود، با دود شهرهای بزرگی مانند تهران هیچ کس نباید دچار بیماری شود.

معین اضافه کرد: این باور، باور اشتباهی است، میزان مرگ و میر ارتباط مستقیمی با میزان آلودگی محیط چه در داخل منزل با دود سیگار، غذا و آتش و چه در خارج از محیط منزل، با دود ماشین‌ها دارد.

هر چند اصلا نمیشه زیاد جویدش ..
خودم با شاهدونه اسیاب کردم روزی یک قاشق دارم می خورم

واااای اصلا اسپند رو نجوید بچه ها... فقط باید درسته خورده بشه اونم محدود... نه آسیاب نه جویدنی. شبی 20 عدد حداکثر تا 40 روز (یا کمتر)
